Adam Mechanical Heating, AC + Plumbing

Adam Mechanical came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. We were really low on coolant and had a potential line leak. It required two separate trips to fix the problem but it worked. I trust them. They have been taking care of our system for about 3 years now.

After obtaining 4 bids, Adam Mechanical (AM) was comparable but offered the best quality equipment for the cost as well as adding 2 outlets. Upon initial installation the air handler did not work. This was a hardware problem...nothing caused by AM. AM never abandoned the job. They made several return trips with replacement parts from the manufacturer until the system worked. Based on their high quality equipment and determination to get things right I rate them highly. In fact this was probably my best experience with an HVAC company. I will use them again when necessary!

Perfectly. Except for the price of items that were found to be in need of repair. Although I trusted that they would have done a professional repair, my regular plumber did the same work for about 40% less. I realized that the introductory price for the evaluation was to impress us (and they did!)...but I now assume that the evaluation was performed at a very low price in order to attract me for future work. They would have gained me as a regular customer had their repair pricing been close to that of my regular plumber.

I received 4 estimates on having this work done and decided to go with Adam Mechanical.
Seth came to my home to estimate what would be required to replace my existing components. He provided pricing for different options, as I requested, and contacted me afterwards to see if I had any questions. When I told him that I was still getting quotes, he did not apply any pressure but simply asked to contact him if I needed any additional info. Once I received the other quotes I contacted Seth with some questions and we were able to come to an agreement on what was to be installed and the final cost.
The techs (Anthony, Daryl and Eric), that worked on the install, were courteous and professional. The removal of the existing and installation of the new units was done without any issues. A few weeks after the work was done, the field supervisor (Zach) stopped to make sure the installation went well and to see if I had any questions.
I highly recommend Adam Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC installation.

From the very beginning, it was clear that Adam Mechanical's first priority was making sure they took good care of me and were very helpful in guiding me through the process.  They came out to look at my Heat Pump to see what was wrong after it stopped cooling.  After evaluating the unit it was clear that the best course of action was to install a new one.  They did just that and everything has been working like a dream ever since.  
They even gave me some useful tips and tricks to make my home more energy efficient while working the job.
I couldn't be any happier with the service and product I received.
No question that I will be calling Adam Mechanical if I ever need any Heating or Cooling work done.

This was a pleasant and easy experience.  Adam Mechanical was prompt and even went as far to send a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home.  I had concerns about my system and they honest and upfront about the service.  I would not use anyone else at this point for my HVAC needs

It generally went well.  They were supposed to flush my line, which they did not do.  I called and asked if they would do this, and they immediately agreed to do it.  I'm glad that they came back but wished they would have done it the first time.

Adam Mechanical was the most professional company we have ever hired to do work in our home.  Right from the start their communication was amazing.  You make an appointment; they confirm; the day of the appointment you receive an email stating the name of the person who will be at your home; and this communication continues throughout the job, even after you pay the bill!!  They were on time, professional, detailed in their presentation, very courteous, and willing to answer any and all questions you may have.  
The work was impeccable.  It took 2 days to install a brand new Bryant heating and air-conditioning unit, humidifier, water heater, and furnace.  We also had them core holes for the dryer vent and sump pump.  The air conditioner  is very efficient.  We only used the heating system 2 times so far - but again, very efficient.  They even come out for a follow-up check!  
I would absolutely recommend this company.  We got 3 estimates and are so happy we went with Adam Mechanical.
