When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that Ian was in my area, and would stop by later that afternoon to look at it. I was so pleased that he could come so quickly and give me an estimate. When he arrived I told Ian that I thought the tree was in need of trimming back, but Ian assured me that it wasn't needed at this time. He was extremely professional and honest with me. It is so comforting to know that there are people who don't do the work unless it is necessary. In a couple of years, when it will be needed, you can be sure I will reach out to Ian and have Willow Tree Service do the job. Thank you.

I have used them several times in the past and they have always done very good work for me. They're reliable, and very reasonable on their costs. They own their own equipment like specialized cranes that some of these other companies do not have so it's not as expensive. They're also really good about cleaning up all the mess after completion. I will continue to use them in future.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The office quickly scheduled a date for the estimator to come out. He arrived promptly, answered all my questions, and e-mailed the estimate. The estimate was thousands below other companies - they were able to get their crane in my back yard where the other companies determined that they would have to remove the trees by hand. The crew showed up as scheduled and after reviewing the plan with me, quickly got to work. It took 2 days to complete the work. It was a tight fit getting the crane in the yard but great care was taken at every step to protect my property. They were very thorough in the clean up at the end of each day. This was especially important to me because the one tree bordered on my neighbor's yard and the crew cleaned their yard too. They also spared my chain-link fence that was partially wrapped around the trunk - another company wanted it removed before starting. They willingly cut some branches for us to use as firewood and even neatly stacked it on our woodpile.

We met with the owner a few days beforehand to discuss the treatment options available to us (annual application versus three years between applications) and the costs. He provided objective information on the treatment. When we chose the treatment, he sent a person out later in the week to do the work and it was completed.
We have used them a few times over the years and we have had nothing but excellent service and their quotes have always been reasonable. Excellent quality for a good price.

They did a very complete job. The Trimming and Dead-wooding was very thorough, and looks great. The tree and bush removal was done without damaging other trees and structures in the area. They completely cleaned up after all the work was done, and everything looks great.

Ed, the owner of Willow Tree Service did what he proposed on the contract, gave me an excellent price for the service compared to other Arborists that I had contacted. Very professional and pleasant he put my mind at ease about the job and shared his confidence and pride in his workers and their commitment to doing an excellent job. The job was completed on time, the area was completely cleaned of the debris. I was very pleased with the work and would hire them again.

They did pretty good. They did everything they said they would; knocked down the two trees, cut the branches off, and cut the vines off. They also cut down some other trees I didn't ask about, they did it anyway for me. They cleaned up pretty well.

Company was punctual, workers were friendly, and the service was excellent and at a fair price. I will use them again.

I have lots of plants under the trees and they lowered all the limbs so they wouldn't damage the plants. They took down a huge beech tree in front. They've taken down a couple other oaks as well over the years.

We had worked with Willow tree service before. They were prompt, neat and completed the work as described by the estimate.

Willow arrived on time as promised and completed the work quickly. We weren't happy with how one of the trees was trimmed, and they returned the very next day to complete the job to our satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable compared to others (these were big trees!) and quality of the job was excellent as corrected. They were also helpful with providing advice about future care of our trees.
