A few months after installation the driveway had developed ruts.. We had a KIA Forte parked in the driveway so it was not a big car that cause the ruts. We called and called and called and got not response. Months later they responded. Said they would correct the issue in October. That was October 2020. It is now October 2021 and it still has not been repaired. Again we called, and called and called - no response. I saw them at a neighbors house and reminded them of our issue. We were told that we were not the only ones who had ruts caused by the faulty blacktop they purchased from their supplier.. Once again we were told that the issue would be resolved. Weeks passed an still no response to our phone calls. We gave them two stars because the concrete work they provided is very good.

Came in with a low quote, but then "additional fees" applied....

David Swindell of Swan Paving, did an excelent sealcoating job on our driveway - he even came back a 2nd time to touch up some places which needed additional attention - mainly small cracks which needed a second coat.

Great price, service. Came and did what requested. Opted to have sealor manually spread instead of sprayed due to possible wind conditions. If you have ever done the work yourself, fine lines will be left unlike a spray. Lines are all but gone now (one week). Coordinated sealing job for neighborhood. All expressed great pleasure. Estimate was completed In 24 hrs, scheduled and completed project in a reasonable timeframe, quality was very good with attention to details. Residential project - care was given not to disturb existing property beyond project scope.

Job done as stated by the contract. Quality job which makes house look much better.

I would recommend Swan Paving to anyone and everyone. They came when they said they would, they did a GREAT job, took care of unexpected problems with efficiency and knowledge and were courteous all the time.

They provided an estimate within several days and completed the job within a week. We were very satisfied.

Contractor provided an estimate in a timnely manner. Hired him, but the job had to be postponed twice due to weather, but the contractor communicated well, and the job was eventually completed.

A very good job was completed in a timely manner. I was more than pleased with the contracter and his workers.
