They did a really good job. He came out and cleaned the carpet and put the stain remover on it. He came back a couple of days later to check on it. He was very attentive to what he was doing and very professional and friendly. I was very impressed that he actually came back to check on it. It was an emergency situation that we were in and they responded right away and took great care of us!

They responded pretty quickly and gave us a quote.  They were punctual.  Their price was okay.  They also sent someone out.  They communicated well, but we just haven’t gone with them yet. 

We called JMS for air duct cleaning based on a recommendation from our heater/ac company.  We went with it and JMS quickly scheduled an appointment for Jan to come out and review the job.  In our home nothing was a problem.  Jan was very good at upselling and we not only had the air duct cleaning set up, but also carpet cleaning in the living room and hallway and he also suggested the antibacterial spray, which I was uncertain about using in my home.  We live in an inter city neighborhood, so I very specifically mentioned parking and if that would be a problem.  We were told not at all since the best machine to use in our situation for both the air duct cleaning and carpets were portable and not truck mounted.  This is the conversation we had in my living room.  I later decided that I did not want the antibacterial spray, which I think was an extra $125.  Through an email exchange the JMS admin asked me to try to secure parking close to house, if I could as it would be helpful.  I said I certainly would do my best.  At no time did anyone say, if we can not park right in front of your house we can not do the job - never said those words prior to the day of the job.  At 4:46 am on the day of the job, while I was sound asleep, Jan sent me an email stating that the truck mount, not the portable unit was much better for the carpets and they would need parking in front of my house.  As I was asleep I never saw the email until later that morning well after a rather unpleasant conversation with Jan.  About an hour or so before they were scheduled to arrive the office called to assure that parking had been secured.  I explained that we had a space across from the house and was informed that they could not do the job.  I suggested that something will likely open up as people would be moving their cars to go to work.   Jan informed me that wouldn't work as an option and he was not going put his guys in a difficult situation on a very hot day and to call him to reschedule when we secured parking.  As I know my neighborhood, within 30 minutes several spaces opened up in front of my home.  If JMS had simply kept their appointment instead of sending out email before dawn or calling me to cancel everything would have gone fine.  It appeared they did not want to do the job and the parking issue gave them an out.  Needless to say we got the job done exceptionally well by someone else and at a better price.  Thanks to our inner city neighborhood - we lucked out by not using this provider.

They did a great job of getting the stains out on a white sofa. They were very nice to work with.

When I called, Jenn couldn't have been more helpful explaining the prices and process. I explained my dilemma concerning the need for immediate service and she managed somehow to get me in that night. Then my good fortune to have Justin who kept this experience with JMS going so smoothly! It was such a great company, they went out of their way to help me. Price was what I expected, no sticker shock. Definitely call them if you need this service.

I liked them. They showed up on time and did the work. They moved furniture for me before working on the carpet. I will hire them again in the future.

They were responsive and was able to do the job soon after we called. They offered a variety of services including steam cleaning,and a bleach accident solution. They provide the chemistry and color to match a bleach stain in your carpet so you wont have to buy new carpet. Their prices seem to be reasonable. I haven't used any other cleaning companies to really compare service and price, but I am happy with what I have received so far. I would consider using this company again in the future.

I have been using this company for years. The cleaning technicians were very courteous, friendly, and arrived on time. They have a tank on the truck so they don't use any of your water like some other companies do, and the carpet is not left sopping wet like some companies have done before. Price is on the slightly higher end, but I feel the quality is worth it. There were a few stubborn spots on the carpet - the whole service from start to finish was 30-40 mins.
