For the carpet cleaning - excellent experience.  Arrived on time, was careful and conscientious while performing the service.  Serviceman seemed to care about doing do a good job, which he did.  For the Oriental carpet cleaning - another good experience.  They picked up and dropped off the rug.  It took longer than usual for them to complete because of a backlog, but they told me this would be the case up front.  Rug came back looking great!

Have used this cleaner several times in 2 houses.  First few times, owner cleaned (excellent) and last few times staff cleaned.
(Very good.)  Did a very good job overall, but wished that more time was spent vacuuming up so as to reduce drying time (last visit took 2 days for the carpets to dry thoroughly.)
Did not think that the pre-treat stain remover was especially effective.
Carpets are old now & need to be replaced, so I will not be shampooing in the near future.
Referred JMS to a friend and she was very pleased with the service. Both she & I agreed that JMS did a better job than other companies we had tried.

Carroll arrived at the stated time. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Sprayed cleaning solution on the upholstery first, then tackled the dryer vent. He was careful moving his equipment in and out of the house. Dryer job completed, he moved on to finish the chairs. They are about fifty years old and upholstery has never been cleaned. Carroll explained that he couldn't guarantee that they would be completely stain-free, but he would do his best. Did better than that, they came clean and look better than ever! I was impressed with the speed of the job -about an hour. However, Carroll was thorough and showed me his work before he wrote up the bill to be certain I was satisfied. The cost was in line with what was quoted when I scheduled the job. I am very pleased and satisfied. I will use this company for future jobs in the spring and recommend them to others.

They were professional and reasonable priced. It took about two hours with one technician to complete the work. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out my business quickly.  I did have to point out some areas that I saw were not fully cleaned.

The two tech showed up on time and cleaned every duct vent and sanatized the duct work.  The cut two new holes in the duct work to permit access with their equiptment.  However one of the patches came down about a few days later and I re taped it with duct tape.  That is the only downside to the entire operation.  I was a little disappointed with the "steam cleaning" of the vents.  They were just washed with out the pressure of a steam cleaning.  Otherwise it all went well.

First, I called them because they had a 20% coupon, because they were on Angie's List, and because they have had nothing but "A" reviews!  The office person, Nicole, was extremely sweet and helpful at a time when we needed it, for we are in the process of  putting some things in storage and general cleaning up.   The stress levels!  It is a very large, old house that we have loved these many years.
Nicole monitored the entire rug pick-up event.   She scheduled the time for pick-up, she alerted me the day they came, she informed me that the men had trouble finding parking.   I saw them driving around the block, time after time, but we finally decided that they should park at the bus stop, knowing that it would be for a very short time.
Then, after the men left, I called Nicole to deposit a down-payment, and she assured me that however and whenever we wanted to pay the remaining balance was ok with her company!   The phone was ringing off the hook as background noise, but she kept her cool!
The two men, Donovan and Jeff Henry (Fiber Care Specialist), patiently scanned the house for the rugs, expertly rolled them up or folded them, and carried them out to the van....not a moment's worry!    I was so relieved that the rugs were getting the attention they so deserve (and that I didn't have to do it!)
Now, I look forward to seeing the results of this expert cleaning!    Thank you, everyone!

Their cost was reasonable.  The guy seemed like a salesman, which he was, and it was fine.  It seemed like they were okay from the presentation, but it seemed like they were not too qualified to do the ductwork. I had someone else come out to do the service of the unit, plus the duct work. I would use them if I ever had rug cleaning to be done.

My first encounter with JMS was a phone call to set up an estimate. i spoke with Faith who was so pleasant and knowledgable. she followed up with an email of their pricing and several options of service packages. the next day i received a call from Jan, the owner congratulating me on my new home and asked if I had any other questions. He gave him own personal cell phone number in case I had questions after we hung up. The guys showed up right on time today and worked with me on what would work with my budget. They were extremely accommodating. They explained exactly what they would do and how. Every time we crossed paths they had smiles on their faces, even while steaming the carpets, which was probably horribly hot. They finished the job in record timing and everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again.

It was everything I expected.  Dan was on time, walked through the ares to be cleaned with me while I poined out areas that appeared to be stained, then he began.  He pretreated several areas and when he was done there were no stains and the very light colored carpet looked very good!

They called me 20 minutes in advance of their arrival so I could leave work and meet them at my house. The technician was right on time. He looked over my carpets for stains and problem areas and we discussed how they could best be treated. The technician,Craig, was very professional, did a through job, placed foam protectors under the furniture and provided shoe booties for us so we could safely walk on the carpet while it was drying. Great job.

Jan came in and checked out our HVAC system and all the registers.  Supplies and returns.  Then we had a presentation about the rotobrush method of cleaning out the ducts, including a video of the actual process.  Still ahd other privders to talk to so we didn't hire him on the spot.  He is knowledgeable and their price is fair.
