COUNTY LINE VETERINARY HOSPITAL

Took my cat in for a long overdue annual checkup and vaccinations. He is also underweight, so requested that they check into thyroid issues that he had been diagnosed with several years ago. The entire staff, from the receptionist who booked the appointment to the vet tech and vet that examined him were all very pleasant to deal with. They did not push me into any unnecessary tests, and explained the results of his results to me in layman's terms. I was extremely pregnant at the time of the visit so the vet checked to make sure that I was staying clear of the litter box to avoid toxoplasmosis. She also called around to 3 different vet offices that we had seen in the past to get past medical records. The cost for all the services I received was very reasonable and I will definitely be returning. I also appreciated that they checked in on me several times while the lab work was being analyzed since it was taking a couple of minutes.

They were very nice and the quality of the service was good.

The doctors and staff are very good. My only complaint is that I think they are too expensive. They have a separate charge for disposing of medical waste and they perform tests without prior approval ( ex: fecal exam 32.00, medical waste disposal 7.00). I do like them, but I am going to shop around.

Took both my dog and cat into the office together. They were very accommodating with appointments. Appointment was fast and professional. Just an annual visit. Practitioner was very friendly.

Inside of office is very nice with modern fixtures and wandering black kitty which is nice, very clean office, accommadating to my large dog that doesn't like other dogs so they asked if I wanted to wait in the office instead of the sitting room and let me know there was a side door for us to leave so we wouldn't have to go through front. Very sweet to my nervous dog, gave her lots of assurances and really good liver treats. Bump was fine but the vet told me right away because it was the main concern.

I always like going to County Line because they are so nice and really care about the animals. Every time I go there no matter what the visit is for they always check my dogs for other issues as a preventive service. I think that the rates are pretty standard, so I can't complain.
