The entire company was great. From the people on the phone who schedule the services to the service people themselves. Things I loved: they make their policies clear on the phone. They are able to perform services the day they arrive for the estimate. The electricians who came out were both so polite and knowledgeable! The work was done so well. Their people are background checked and certified. They have a policy about leaving everything as they found it! No big messes to clean up after they leave! I will definitely hire them back. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but the quality of their work was evident.

Bruder electric came to my house on very short notice, addressed several issues, educated me during the process, made recommendations for future electrical work without a heavy sell, and charged a reasonable price!

Very satisfied with all these projects. I did review Bruder Electric at the time that this work was done in 2011. I have also used them for minor additional electrical work since then. They are very reliable and professional. Their rates at the time were very competitive and they charge by the task (not by the time it takes).

They did great work. The owner is a very professional businessman. They have attention to detail. The people that he brings over are excellent workmen. We would welcome them back here anytime. They're timely. They give accurate although somewhat pricey service. They give accurate estimates. Their workers are smart and they know what to do. They do a good job all the way around. I have no complaints with them at all. It's a fair price but in a high end of the range.

It went great. The only issue we had was it was more expensive than we thought it was going to be. We didn't understand what he was saying about the cost and he ultimately reduced his price to what we both agreed on. It was very satisfactory. They did an A job. Everything was the best other than at the very end, there was a misunderstanding of price. They were neat. They seemed to know what he was doing. When we had an issue with the lighting, they came up with an idea that worked. Everything was great. The only issue was the misunderstanding about the cost. The price was a little on the high side. We would use them again.

They did a good job. They had to put scaffolding up and they did an excellent job. It was a lot of work and they had to build the scaffolding so that they could do the work. They knew what they were doing and came with everything that they needed. They did the job quickly. They were a little costly, but I got what I paid for. The quality of work was excellent. I would use them again if I needed any electrical done.

Bruder was quick and efficient. They worked with the landscaping contractor to time the electrical work with the hardscaping progress and all wiring installed as requested. Electrician cleaned up after work completed.

Technician Tom came out (arrived 30 minutes later) and immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. Turns out one of the outlets on the line because disconnected and all he needed to do was re-connect the wire. My issue with this is he didn't tell me what the problem was or what the repair or cost would be until AFTER he re-connected the wire, at which point he had the nerve to present me with a $295 bill. Almost $300 for 5 minutes of work, not a bad business to get into! Had Tom told me in advance that he would charge me $295 to re-connect the wire, I would have paid for the service call and sent him packing. To charge a customer (a new and potential life-long customer) almost $300 to connect a wire that became loose is borderline criminal. I had sent correspondence to the company owner, Rick Bruder, to express my dissatisfaction but that has, so far, been ignored. Very unprofessional.
