Kevin and his guys worked efficiently and were thorough.  Pella didn't deliver the door as scheduled, and the beam over the door in the living room had to be replaced, but these changes were handled with little fuss or impact to the project.

Job went as planned . Kevin and his crew showed as scheduled and kept me informed as the job progressed  . Crew was clean and respectful to family that was in the house during the work.We were having the railing redone after a disaster with another contractor and we are completely satisfied With Beaver Building & Remodeling LLC.

I can't say enough good things about Beaver Building and Remodeling.  
When we finally decided to remodel our outdated and barely functional kitchen, we prepared ourselves for the weeks of delays, problems, and other nightmares that other people we know had when they redid their kitchens. To our surprise and delight, with Beaver Building and Remodeling, there were literally NO ISSUES and the remodel was an absolute breeze!  We got a number of estimates before we began the project, but we knew from the moment we met with them that we would be working with them - especially when I emailed 21 questions to them and Kevin showed up with a printed copy of my questions and thoroughly and patiently addressed each and every one.  He also outlined the whole process, kept us very well-informed of the timeline, and gave us many suggestions and came up with ideas that we would never have thought of.  And although they weren't the least expensive estimate we got, they were right in the middle and the work was outstanding.
The crew showed up on time every single day, and left the work area so clean that if I hadn't seen them arrive in the morning, I would not have known they were even there.  Kevin made a point to make sure the work progressed quickly so we would be inconvenienced for the shortest amount of time possible.  The sub-contractors they used (electrician, plumber, etc.) also did excellent work, so much so that we just had the same electrician do some additional work for us.
I'll admit, I can be a bit OCD when it comes to dealing with contractors, and I expect quality work when I'm paying that much money for a project.  And Beaver Building and Remodeling exceeded our expectations 10 times over with their incredible attention to detail, professionalism and communication.  Kevin answered all our questions and listened to our concerns, including incorporating existing lighting into the design.  And any time we made a change to the plan, we received a revised invoice with the cost of the change and how it affected the total cost of the project.  They even did a few little extra things at no charge, like replacing the crank handle on the window above the sink when we discovered it interfered with the new faucet.  The end result is a beautiful and much more functional kitchen, and the 3 week process was absolutely painless.
We look forward to working with Beaver Building and Remodeling on all of our future projects and will never use anyone else.

Contractor was neat, orderly, and very quick to respond on time. He also installed our new microwave with no problems after being told by the original intaller that they could do the install because of tile trim (Not true, as this contractor proved!)
Overall a very pleasant experience and definitely will use them on a future job.

We had an old addition room updated.  We wanted the old 1970's paneling removed and old jalousie windows replaced with energy efficient ones.  Randy was very helpful working out the details on updating the room.  He asked many questions my wife and I didn't think about and give his thoughts but was not pushy.
Randy and his guys are great.  They are detailed oriented, clean, respectful and good workers.  Randy's partner Kevin was running the job day to day.  He was excellent to work with.  They arrived on time and left the area clean after each day of work.  If issues came up they were helpful in working through the problems.  They did many little extras I asked for after the job started without charging me more and without issue.  They were not the cheapest bid for the job and not the most expensive.  I would recommend Randy and his team to anyone looking for interior or exterior work done to their house.

It went well.  However lead man left and they did not cap one piece of the wood they replaced.  They capped it with no issues.
 
It took some time to get them to come down and do the work.  Got a call the night before and they wanted to come out the next day but that did not work out.
Had to call them again and they came out in the next few days.
Was a bit pricey for the work they done although they did a very professional job

I cannot stress how great my experience was with Randy. I called him last minute in a panic because I needed a clear confirmation on the level of damage found on the home I am purchasing. Closing is in two days so this was a last minute hiccup I could not afford. Randy was very quick to get back to me and very generously offered to drive over and take a look. Within an hour I had a written opinion as well as photos. I just had another person get back to me that I had called previously. He too offered to take a look at the rate of $525. Unreal! I will absolutely be giving my upcoming projects to Beaver Building and Remodeling. What a class act!

Our master bathroom was inordinately SMALL -- barely more than a powder room with a sink. Randy Beaver (himself, and through his company) helped us design and make the small bathroom seem larger, maximizing on space and doing a high-end, quality job. He installed a glass shower, tiles, beautiful custom cherry cabinetry, Corian sink/counters, over-sink mirror/cabinets, and even built in a small cubby area for our towels, behind the shower. It helped SELL our house quickly. We also had Randy close off our kitchen doorway, fix a ceiling, and install new Pella sliders to our deck. He also put in our cabinet door pulls in our new kitchen, of our new home.

Randy & Kevin came highly recommended for siding and remodeling; their work surpassed their reputation. The quote and estimate were provided timely; siding material was delivered and all work started on agreed date. We have an older home with a lot of wood detail; the team paid meticulous attention to detail. As with older homes, we encountered a couple of items with garage area and front window panels. Kevin & Randy offered a couple of suggestions; neither were shortcuts and the outcome was beautiful.  Each day they took away trash and debris; packed up daily making every effort to keep the materials contained to a single area.  Overall we are very pleased with the outcome and feedback from neighbors has been very positive. We would highly recommend Beaver Remodeling and plan to use them for our next project.

The price was really good, because I bought all of the materials and I only had to pay him for the labor. The job he did was very professional and he showed up when he said he would. I am definitely going to call him back for more work.

GOOD WORK FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. VERY RESPONSIVE.
