Ian's quote was by far the best, and covered everything I had asked for in our discussion. He committed a date on confirmation, and arrived on the agreed date. He worked quickly and efficiently, dealt with any problems as they arose, was flexible where I asked for minor changes, and finished when he indicated he would. The job involved excavating approx. 5,000 square feet of topsoil down to 6and quot;, building up an area to level the new driveway, installing stabilizing fabric and numerous loads of crushed limestone amounting to approx. 90 tons.

It went very well. They were excellent from start to finish. I would use them again. They were very receptive and did what I wanted. They came in person for the estimate. A lot of the other landscapers do not come in person but they showed up at the time we had scheduled. They're very punctual. They also followed up with me after the rainstorm we had recently to make sure it work which is very nice.

Ian arrived on time and removed all the excavation materials. He and his crew leveled a 13x24 area for a patio and excavated the footer and crawl space for a 12X18 addition. The building inspector came and approved. i changed my mind and requested additional area to be excavated, he returned with in a day or two after the request. He referred me to Joe Durbin a Block layer for the foundation and footer. Joe also was very professional and did nice work. The building Inspector had no issues and approved the work.
Great to work with, and very honest. When i paid Ian he advised me the check was for more than his quote.
