water delivery
 + -1 morelater that day to take it back. I sat there for weeks. It finally disappeared and today I get a bill for that water. Never deal with this company, They are unreliable, unprofessional and completely worthless.
Description of Work: I ended up with this company after it merged with Yowza. It immediately went down hill. The delivery people showed up at anytime they pleased. They sent me a delivery schedule and never followed it. Finally last fall I had enough of the horrid service at cancelled my contract. Since that time I have had to contact them 4 times because the continue to deliver water. The last time I told them I did not accept the water, they told me someone would be by

 + -1 moreI sit here out of bottled water again. I have used this company for many years - when they got bought it all changed. I never know when they are going to deliver or if they are going to deliver - even with a schedule - they dont follow it - nor do they call or notify you if things change. They have left me with no water several time this year. I have also had billing issues - - they charge me when they dont deliver - then it is a fight to get your money back. People are nice enough to talk to but in reality there is no customer service at all. I am now forced to change and fine another provider - I can no longer take the way this company treats me.

Description of Work: This is a company I have done business with for years but it was recently sold. When they call the display shows Shipley Energy so I would assume there is some affiliation with that company. Since this second company has taken over they have not been timely, they are unpredictable, and sometimes don't deliver at all. I have had to return bottles on my own to the company because they never come when they're supposed to so there's no way to predict when they will be there. In December there was no delivery at all so I called to schedule a delivery and within 4 days I had the water I needed, however, 2 days later they made another delivery to my home. This company seems to be totally disorganized. The office staff that I dealt with on the numerous phone calls were always polite on the telephone, but in my opinion they have numerous issues to get straightened out before it is an efficient company. Needless to say I had no choice but to cancel the service. Very disappointed.
