later that day to take it back. I sat there for weeks. It finally disappeared and today I get a bill for that water.
Never deal with this company, They are unreliable, unprofessional and completely worthless.

I sit here out of bottled water again. I have used this company for many years - when they got bought it all changed.
I never know when they are going to deliver or if they are going to deliver - even with a schedule - they dont follow it - nor do they call or notify you if things change. They have left me with no water several time this year.
I have also had billing issues - - they charge me when they dont deliver - then it is a fight to get your money back.
People are nice enough to talk to but in reality there is no customer service at all.
I am now forced to change and fine another provider - I can no longer take the way this company treats me.
