Insurance Agencies
I was not real happy with how they handled our claim last fall when we had storm damage. They didn't want to take care of most of it. The service was very unsatisfactory after having all of our coverage with them for many years without having any claims. Their response was highly insufficient and when we let them know that they said "to bad". That was not very heartening. They paid for some of the inside damage but wouldn't pay for any of the outside damage. My local agent, after several calls and complaints, didn't even call back or check on us and wasn't able to do anything with it. They were responsive eventually, but then stopped. We are going to change all of our coverage.
