Info About Living Metta's OWNER: - 10 years experience in Human Services - 7 years experience in Mindfulness Studies - Attended Buddhist seminary for 2 years - Affiliate Minister for 2 years in diverse locations (halfway house & Christian college) - Proven ability to work with DIVERSE populations - Mindful skills shared with clients that are manageable and complimentary REGARDLESS of age, race, gender, faith, etc. - Primary goal is to EMPOWER clients through services offered Organizing packages for the home start at LESS THAN $125 & organizing packages for businesses start at LESS THAN $150. Mindfulness Services: Setting Up a Sacred Space - assist individuals with setting up a sacred space in their home Mindfulness Session(s) - 1hr or 3hr packages available to receive 1:1 meditation instruction (Discounts available.) Personal Services: High School/College Students - arm students with note taking, time management & budgeting skills to manage their daily life as a student with more confidence Parents & Families - Work with individuals to better manage time and work on future goals, developing chore charts & coming up with a planning tool that makes room for both more family & personal time Elderly - Assist with creating schedules that will make meal planning, grocery shopping & maintaining a home more fluid & enjoyable for all parties involved. Encourage and assist individuals in setting up a space for exercise &/or area to enjoy a favorite hobby. Misc. Upcyling Project Help - for those interested in turning something OLD into something NEW, Living Metta offers assistance in creating or referring clients to ensure their goal is met Home Staging - as a mindful organizing service, by nature, Living Metta assists clients in making the MOST of their space by offering guidance that is EASY on the wallet & EMPOWERS the owner(s)to feel confident SHOWING the home WONDERFUL Policy: Living Metta has the same cancellation policy for itself, as it does the client (see below). Client Cancellation - 48 hour notice of cancellation. Client will be billed 50% of the cost of service scheduled for the date of cancellation. Living Metta - 48 hour notice MUST BE GIVEN to client if service needs to be cancelled/rescheduled. If Living Metta is a "NO SHOW", the owner will CREDIT the CLIENT 50% of the service that was to be completed on the date of the cancellation, pending 48 hour notice was not given. **Now THAT is a testament to being a mindful & professional organizer!
