Overall, they could be better at what they do. They give pretty thorough information. It's just, trying to work through what it is they're trying to have you do right away and what can be put off, all those sort of things is often a very difficult discussion.

Car was towed into shop to replace the damaged tires and the work was completed within 2 hours.

Jack Williams will match anyone's price on an apples to apples basis. I shopped on line and found that the lowest price was from Sam's Club and even though I was not a member they matched it. If you don't shop around and do the price match or bargain you will not get the best deal.
The tires were purchased at the Camp Hill store for a 1998 Lincoln Navigator with 145,000 miles on the odometer that had been purchased about a year earlier. I was having problems with what I thought was loose steering. They went over everything a second time and quot;by handand quot; and assured me that there was no problem with loose steering and that the air ride suspension and ball joints, etc. were in good condition. Turned out that the looseness was due to a broken belt in one of the tires. The Navigator drives 1000% better. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism at Jack Williams and their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I was quickly waited on, there are many trained automobile personnel to help with questions, they do have coupons available by mail. The people who work on the cars are friendly and professional. I mentioned the car's light on the dash board signaled my tire was low, that was immediately fixed. Everything was done quickly.

Their service professionals are very nice people. They do really good, prompt work and they've always been willing to work with me about timing and notification. I can leave my car with them, walk home and they'll call me when it's done so I can go pick it up. They've always done good work. They were very communicative about any issues that might have come up and were willing to offer any other services they had available.

Went well but should have asked to see the old parts

We used Angie's List as a recommendation. I've had positive experience. They did it very fast. They have shuttle service for people who work in that area. They drove me to work and picked me up from work. They even drove me to my house and picked me up from my house. I had a lot of work done and they did a good job. I got other estimates and compared to the other estimates they were okay.

Provided excellent service. Used their shuttle service to work and that worked well. Still return there for oil changes when tire rotation (that is free for the life of the tires) is due. Have continued to receive excellent service.

They were helpful when I was choosing a brand of tire, efficient in installing the new tires and in rotating the tires since then.

Workers called with their findings on the two issues, told us what needed to be done to fix the vehicle and the cost, and fixed the vehicle.

Great job. It's obvious they do a lot of these so the service is quick. Service folks are professional. They were one of the very few that carried Nokian tires in the area - and at great prices. Loved that they nitrogen fill.

My inspection was about to run out and needed to have one done that day. They were friendly and professional. They were able to get the inspection done that day. I dropped the vehicle off and picked it up after work. They also called while doing the inspection to advise me on a bad wiper blade that they found, which I had forgot about. They gave me the price on the replacement and took care of the replacement.

The people there were so amazing. First of all, they matched the cheapest price for the same tires I could find elsewhere (which was online) and included mounting, balancing, valve stems, etc, in that price. They were friendly when I set up the appointment, and friendly when I arrived. I did not have to wait very long to get my tires put on, which was great as I had a rowdy toddler with me. I will definitely go to them again next time I need tires.

The service was very quick. After purchasing a set of 4 tires on one car we returned for the 2nd. We will be returning to have service performed here in the future. It took about one hour for them to replace all 4 tires.

They are very professional and prompt. They try their hardest to service your car as soon as possible. In fact the majority of the time I get in the same day. They are not salesmen that try and push repairs on you. I would recommend this shop to anyone. If you go to the Jonestown Rd. one in Harrisburg, I recommend the mechanic named Robert Thompson.
