Overall displeasure with agency. Agent unable to stay on track with our needs, outstanding items we needed. Very disappointed and would never use them again. I needed to be my own advocate and follow-up on details that I believe should be the responsibility of the agent.

We had our home listed for sale and had received only one offer. We switched to Jack Gaughen and the offer was acceptable in a week or two. They did a great job. They are actually still working with us. We are in the process of accepting the offer and selling the house, so I cannot say enough about the girl who helped us, she did great.
