Through message center this company gave us the correct suggestion that not only saved us a service call ($) but also $150 that we spent and will now seek a refund on for a new replacement remote we don't need. We will be calling you again if we have issues in the future.

Mike was professional and efficient. Before he came to the house, he had called to find out what I needed. He was well organized and kept his work area perfectly clean. When he was finished, my fireplace looked like new.

Called for service, left message on answering machine and received telephonic response within one day resulting in maintenance call 5 days later offering a specific 1/2 hour window for arrival. Service delay was acceptable as UGI confirmed no serious gas leak occurring. After call, provided email confirmation to include expected time of arrival and projected cost. On service day, arrived 15 min. earlier than initially projected and set immediately to work after laying down a furniture blanket on the floor before the fireplace. Efficiently fixed the problem and vacuumed the fireplace and left the area cleaner than it was before his arrival. Gave us executive summary of what he fixed / accomplished. He was professionally dressed, clean shaven and always conducted himself in a very professional manner. We detected no use of alcohol and / or drugs! Afterwards, sent an email thanking us for choosing him to service our gas fireplace We would highly recommend his all-around professional services to anyone needing it!
