Ehrlich Pest Control

Mice are gone, and I followed the recommendations of the representative to keep the mice (and other critters) out of the house.

Billing problems for a year now. Long time customer that pays his bills on time, but keep getting late notices even though my account is always paid up.

Every step of this very stressful process was handled professionally and with obvious skill. I would highly recommend this service.

I called to have someone come out and do an inspection of an area around my house, I had suspected we had Carpenter Bees. My husband is very ill and went into the hospital. I never met the service provider nor did I sign a contract.  One day I had heard someone knocking, I was in the shower.  By the time, I stepped out and looked and saw who was here the "provider" had walked to the chimney area where the supposed Carpenter Bees were and was leaving. My dogs were out so he couldn't have sprayed anything. This was within 2-3 minutes. There was no service done around the whole house and I still have the carpenter bees after three months of "supposed service."
There have never been any invoices nor any type of correspondence between myself and the company.  Well, not until I called to cancel the service.  Then they told me I owed for June's bill.  Today, August, I was billed $175.96 for two months service.  What happened to the $65.61 per month? 
Don't give them your card number, in fact, don't even talk to them on the phone, they are dishonest.

The service technician visited the next morning as promised.  He also did a thorough inspection of the property and felt I did not have a hive directly on my home, but one near.  He treated not only for the yellow jackets on my porch but also for spiders that he felt may be attracting them.  He was professional and took his time treating the area.  I have confidence this issue, and any future ones, will be addressed promptly.  While they are not the cheapest provider, their level of service is worth it to me.

Three factors really impressed me about Ehrlich.
1.  PRICE:  I called on a Saturday morning [Aug 2] and was able to speak to a live person who quoted me a price. Their price was almost half of what I was quoted at Paramount Pest Control in Mechanicsburg.
2.  PROMPT SERVICE:  They scheduled us for Monday, Aug 4, but to our pleasant surprise, a very nice gentleman called an hour? later on Saturday. He was treating a home in our neighborhood and asked if he could come right over. We were thrilled because we were going on vacation the following Wednesday, and really wanted to get this problem resolved before we left. He came over, put on protective gear and went to work. He checked all around the foundation of the house, not just the problem area. He took the time to explain the procedure, and what we should expect. We don't have pets or small children, but he asked if we did, and warned us to stay away from the treated area for 2-3 hours. It was sunny and the yellow jackets were not happy.
3.  GREAT RESULTS!  He said because the nest was under the siding, it might take two treatments, but one treatment did the job! The treatment had a 30 day guarantee, and Ehrlich called about 2-3 weeks later to make sure everything was still OK. We had tried to treat this problem ourselves, but the dust Ehrlich used was far superior to the spray my husband tried to use. In fact, the gentleman said spraying might have forced the insects farther into the house. Ouch!
Finally, I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who stopped by. He was awesome!  Would definitely recommend Ehrlich. Great experience!  Very professional.

They did not do this type of control. However they referred me to the proper person.

So far the fleas have died down - this is 6 days after treatment and we really need to wait two weeks.

Ehrlich responded quickly to my first phone call. Everyone we came in contact with, the service representative and technicians, were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The technicians explained everything they were going to do. They were very friendly, clean and efficient. We needed several treatments to take care of our pest issue. They charged exactly what the original estimate was quoted and will return again if needed for an additional treatment. I would highly recommend this company and would call them in the future for any pest problems.
