I went to the website and picked a day and time that I wanted them to arrive. It was very simple and done online. I was a bit nervous about their arrival since I hadn't actually spoken with anyone. They arrived exactly when they said they would. My husband went over the job and a quote was agreed upon. They went to work and finished a few hours later. It was a difficult job with a lot of heavy lifting. We were very happy with their work.

They called before they came; they looked at what was to be hauled and gave me a reasonable price. It was a tricky job because of narrow stairs and a bend in the stairway. They were resourceful and also very careful not to damage the windows or grandfather's clock that couldn't be moved. They were quick and very polite. I would use their service again.

When I called and asked if they were available, they said, "This afternoon?" The Dirty Dogs were prompt, friendly, and back on their way in no time.

It's a family business and they were very kind. They couldn't have done a better job or had a better attitude. It was a very hard job and they were so good about it.

I sent an inquiry on the weekend and received an immediate response. The contractor arrived at the agreed-upon time on Monday, surveyed the work to be performed, and provided a competitive quote. I accepted the quote and the work was completed within the hour. The individuals who performed the work were pleasant to deal with and considerate of my property. I'm completely satisfied with the experience.

The men from Dirty Dog were prompt professional and friendly. They took a look at the items we needed removed and provided a quote on the spot which I felt was reasonable. They were here approximately 10 minutes and didn't leave a mess.

After my grandmother passed away, my boyfriend and I moved into her home. She was quite the hoarder, and after 4 Dumpsters and 6 months of work, there was still junk left in the basement. We needed a last minute haul, so we contacted Dirty Dogs (they had already been called to help with this 'job' once before). Scheduling online was a breeze, and they were there on the date and on time with what had been scheduled. We walked them through the basement and dining room, showing them what was to go. Then they got to work. They came to us with any questions before moving something they weren't sure about. When they were finished moving everything, they swept the area where things had been, leaving it much cleaner than it had been before!! The cost was very fair, at about $525. We still think this was a great deal, being that their truck was overflowing with junk removed from the basement! Definitely check these guys out!

We took down the old rusted basketball hoop and were stuck with a MASSIVE chunk of concrete that anchored it in the ground. The sledge hammer wasn't making a dent, and my husband was planning on renting a jack hammer to break it up. Then we would still have to figure out what to do with the pieces, because our local trash service won't take concrete. I called Dirty Dog a little after 9am on a Monday morning. They came out to the house at 11am as promised. For a hundred bucks they took away that concrete and the metal parts. They were done in 15 minutes. They were very prompt and professional. I figure by the time we rented a jack hammer and spent a good part of a weekend day mucking around with the concrete, we are way ahead of the game. I would recommend these guys whenever you have junk you need to have taken away.

I called around 9AM in the morning and by 1:30PM Dirty Dog had come and gone. They loaded all of material and were very courteous.
