I've been going once a month for a couple years.  The waiting room and
massage rooms are clean. I've had either hot stone massages or just
relaxation massages. A few times my scheduled appointment has been
delayed because appointments are scheduled too close together
and the therapist needs time to clean the rooms between appointments. 
My only complaint is the therapists only stay a short time.  So if I
find a person I really like, they may not be there the next visit. 
Whatever the problem is they need to provide a good working environment
for the employees so they  stay.

I have received services from Blue Mountain multiple times. I have not used their services any of 2013. I found them online when I first came to PA 2 years ago. I found the service rooms to be dingy, dirty and very very outdated. The waiting room is dingy and outdated. Their staff; the massage therapists, change like the weather. The owner, she cannot seem to keep her staff around.. I tried a massage, a facial and reflexology. I was not happy with the services and the environment again is outdated, dingy and just has a dirty feel to it. This was not a relaxing clean environment.

It didn't go because I felt it was a not a professional place to get a massage . Her therapist work on temp licenses and she is ok w them working with out them if need be

I learned first hand while there that the laundry is washed in cold water if clients are to be getting a mud wrap. Michelle washes her own personal laundry there which puts her hair all over the clients sheets. If the two therapist don't get cleaning done it doesn't happen. She has 3 large losers filled with boxes and e bay stuff to the point you can't open the door. And she is ok w people working there w out a massage license. She is rude to her clients and very unprofessional. If your going to spend the money on a massage go some place that really cares about what they do, and who really knows their stuff.

Had the Ultra-Pampering Package: This skin softening and soothing relaxation treatment includes Exfoliating Mineral Salt Massage and Purifying Herbal Linen Wrap followed by a 30 min. massage. Chelsea was great.

The spa was small, but comfortable. Not new-age decor, but definitely feminine. Might not be something a man would like. I did get cold at times but having never had a scrub, etc. was not sure if that was normal.

I will definitely be going back for another package or even just a massage.

They are very professional, it's very clean, the atmosphere is nice, the people are very pleasant, and I like it there a lot.

The environment is quiet and friendly. My massage therapist does a wonderful job in helping me!
