"We appreciate your review but it is simply unfair. The change in price was 100% my fault as I failed to communicate what I had told you to my parter. My parter gave you a price relative to the work done and time spent at the job. Immediately upon my parter giving you a different price I intervened and the price was then adjusted accordingly. Again I apologize for my lack of communication and I hope you can accept my apology. We only want the best for our customers and I can understand the frustration of such a mistake.
