Came and did job without speaking to me first - as we agreed on by phone. Went to my mother's house and did not do not put on the full flashing. Sent 3 guys over. One sat in the truck and did nothing, but played with his cell phone. Charged $350 - which my mother paid by check. She was unaware that I had not yet spoken him. He came two days early. Basically, ran off with the money for a job that took less than an hour. How many other senior citizens has he taken advantage of? I called him after the job was partially done and he has not returned my call.

"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you feel that a company does not deserve to make a profit. The amount of work that we did for you mother should have been double what we charged. We corrected the workmanship that another roofer did. The majority of the cost was in material. She has not had any leaks since we completed the work.
