He did a great job. He clearly reviewed our problems and came up with a stepped solution that made sense. He then came and did the work. He was early and did exactly what he said he would do and charged us the price he said. My wife and I were very pleased. We would strongly recommend him.

Called on a Sunday night in early June at 8:00pm thinking I would get a voicemail that would hopefully be returned within the next few days... Todd (the owner of the business) answered the phone and gave me great advice about my options and was very up front about everything... He told me he could have the unit replaced by weds morning of that week! (With other companies I was lucky if I got a call back by then!) Sure enough by lunchtime on weds, the unit was replaced at a very reasonable price and the tenants were very impressed with Todd's professionalism. I can't speak highly enough to about Todd and his business, I will certainly be using him for my rental properties and primary residence going forward!

Todd was easy to contact and able to provide the service the same day. Pricing was fair and transparent.

The previous service I used for 21 yrs and was happy with, sent a salesman out to review my system and give me a cost to replace. He was rude, arrogant, and not interested in discussing options. I was completely turned off by his disinterest in customer service or information he just took a previous estimate I that I had gotten 1 yr ago and said it would be $400 more end of discussion. Never even looked at what I had or needed. I Found Todd through Angie ' s list, he showed up as scheduled for the estimate appointment, was thorough is reviewing what I needed and gave a very fair estimate of the total cost for installation. The installation had a few snags expected with system replacement but when it was all done the job was a neat clean and without any additional cost. And BTW about $2000 less then the other company for a equally high rated system. I was very happy with the entire experience and highly his service to all.

Todd was great. He responded to a service call on the coldest day of 2015 within hours of being called. He quickly identified the problem and restored heat within 45 minutes. Todd was competitively priced, gave clear and insightful recommendations, and was professional. He also performed follow up work as necessary. I had just moved to Conshohocken and was looking for my 'heating and cooling guy'; I found him.

I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Munro Heating and Air.In a world where mediocrity is the norm, it is refreshing to have a jobdone by someone who sees excellence as his norm.My 1st call to him was answered by him, he explained that he wasdriving and would return my call shortly, which he did within 15 minutes.I explained my needs, and he said he could accommodate them the nextmorning at 9:00 am. The next morning he called me from the Turnpikeand explained that traffic was backed up and might be a few minutes late.Late to him was 10 minutes.(if only the cable co thought like that)The hot water heater was exactly the model i needed, and wanted.His work was clean, (meaning i was not picking up pieces of solderand debris the next 2 days) He was efficient and yet quick.You could tell he really knew what he was doing.He arrived at 9:10 am and was leaving by 10:30 am, told me my water wouldbe hot enough for a shower by noon and it was. Suffice to say that i was completely satisfied with his work, the water heater,and the price. I also liked the way he interacted with his helper.I would recommend him to anyone including the most critical of people.

We returned home on Christmas night in Dec. 2014 to find a dead water heater but thankfully had not leaked. The next morning, on a Friday, we called several contractors with dim hopes of finding someone who could take care of this. Todd was one of those we called. He returned our call within 5 minutes saying that he was out but would call back within 15 minutes. He did - on the dot of 15 minutes. He then said he could come out within the hour with the exact replacement model, quoting a price of $850, which was significantly less expensive than 2 other contractors we talked to who could not provide that model that day. Todd arrived, within the hour, and proceeded to replace the water heater including an expansion tank, within 3 hours. He also added new valves for no extra charge. Throughout the entire situation he was professional and personable. When he was finished he explained how the new unit worked. Since then, the heater has worked perfectly. All in all, it was a pleasure having Todd in our home and doing this job. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I have made a point to tell others about his professionalism, responsiveness and quality of service.

The response time was quick, the technician was on time and professional, the service was thorough and the price was right. Munro was $350 less than another quote and $200 less than another. I didn't know it ahead of time, but it is a 30 minute procedure and one company wanted $450!!! I was so impressed that I booked them to install a new water heater. Good company,professional technicians and fair rates what more could you ask for?

Todd is reliable and professional. He helped me with our A/C and we arranged for installation of the new hot water heater. Ours was not broken but we knew it was 10+ years old, the life expectancy of such appliances. Hence, we replaced it. My mother-in-law had her hot water heater fail two weeks ago; what a mess. We elected to avoid that disaster. Todd called if he was delayed, a huge plus for any service provider. He was pleasant and did not make any attempt to "over sell". How refreshing to deal with an honest person.

My air wasn't cooling off properly. I called around 4-5 in the evening and Todd was over within an hour. He figured out the problem in about 10 minutes. He didn't have the necessary part on him, but he got the air working for the night and was back first thing in the morning to replace the part.

Todd and his assistant Nevel where outstanding, having to return several times being that PECO cancelled the install several times.

Todd was great to work with. Punctual, clean and diligent in his work. He cleaned and adjusted the burner, replaced the oil filter, and went over our furnace before the brunt of winter kicked in. The service has paid off this winter!

I met Todd this summer when I needed a new ductless-split heating/AC unit installed in the office I had just built in my detached garage at my home in North Wales. A few HVAC companies came out to take a look but Todd stood out as the most professional, knowledgable, and, by far, the most trustworthy. His price was in the middle range and I went with him without hesitation. He's the type of contractor that you KNOW you are going to hire before you get his estimate. Todd took the time to explain different options and was never annoyed with my questions, always looking to inform. Some of the other guys seemed short of patience, which is never something we want when we are going to spend a decent chunk of money. Anyway, his work was flawless both inside and outside of the house. I waited on this review just to make sure all went smoothly when going from AC to heat seasons, and everything Todd promised proved true. A great guy. A great professional. I won't call more than one HVAC guy for the next related project. Todd is my guy.

Todd was great. Professional, and when i asked him to explain why my furnace was heating the water, he explained a summer winter book-up so i could understand.

Todd was on time, personable and very professional. He gave us some tips on making our filters last longer. We were impressed with his knowledge and that he would like all his customers to be "lifetime". He charges a fair price for his services so that his customers will come back to him year after year. We will definitely use him for our A/C service again.

Excellent experience with Munro Heating and Air LLC. My hot water heater was over 17 years old, so rather be safe than sorry put out quotes for a new hot water heater. I found Munro Heating and Air LLC on Angie's list and called Todd Munro, owner, to setup a time to get an estimate. On the day we spoke, he was out within the hour and gave me the quote. Due to his courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner, I accepted his proposal and he came and put in the hot water heater two days later. He did an excellent job and left the area as it was before he started and removed the old hot water heater. All plumbing was done in a professional manner. He also re-wrapped my hot water heater with the insulation cover I had! I would highly recommend Munro Heating and Air LLC!!!

We have been trying to find someone for awhile to help us to fix our humidifier so when our hot water heater went we joined Angie's List to find someone. I called Tuesday morning for information to get information and after speaking with my spouse we decided to use them. The guy made sure to fit us in immediately because we were in desperate need. He was on time and came to work. He was very professional and knowledgable. He had a partner who was the same. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess they made and the mess left over from the leak from the hot water heater braking. He was also able to give me information that I needed and installed a Thermostat last minute. He also programmed the thermostat for me. The price was also amazing!!!!!!! Will absolutely use him again...
