We have used them a number of times and they are really excellent.

I have used I T Landes services several times during past 7-8 years. Most of the time for small jobs like replacing capacitor in AC compressor or replacing thermocouple on Heater. I T Landes are no nonsense professionals. They are honest, professional and knowledgeable of what they are doing. All of the times they have been very punctual, quickly take care of the job and leave. They do not negotiate the price or try to up-sale anything while on the site. I would use them again as needed.
One not so upbeat aspect of their service is the price. Their labor rate is comparatively higher.

The service guy comes in, does the job, and you get billed later. I have used them before, and I find them to be very reliable. They are quick to respond, their technicians are very friendly, their entire staff is very friendly, and they get the job done. I am very happy with them.

It went very well.  Service professional was on time, pleasant and caring.
It was fixed in an expeditious manner and has been problem free. He also tested the drain to make sure it was clog free.

Bradford-White Water Heaters, the company that manufactured the water heater, would only warrant the part, not the labor, and would not send the part directly to the customer.  I T LAndes wanted $ 800.00 to install this warranted part.  I found another plumber who did the job in 15 minutes for $ 129.00  complete.  I T Landis was discourteous and disorganized with their paperwork. It went well. Two people came out for the installation. It took a day and a half. Their prices and their service stand out. They are professional, they have reasonable prices, and they do good work.

It went great!  The company is one of the most responsive I've ever seen.  They did quality work, showed up every day, and cared about me; that was important.  They were always there to answer my questions via phone or emails.  They explained all the issues and did a pre-installation survey of my home to size the system I'd need.  They even showed up the day we had a 15" snow storm; doesn't get better than that!

I have used I T Landes for over 30 years and I’ve been pleased with their work and their dependability and quite satisfied with their charges. Most recently, I converted from oil to gas.  Larry Landes guided me through the process beginning with PECO through to the final installation.  My system is baseboard hot water heat with four zones; domestic hot water is heated in the same boiler as needed.  The oil tank and related piping were removed along with all remnants of the old system and the exterior holes were plugged. I would not hesitate to recommend them.







 







 

IT Landes installed a sewage ejector and rough plumbing for full basement bathroom.  This included breaking up concrete floor.  Overall Landes did a good job.  My two issues with Landes was that they took very long to complete the job.  I was not in a rush so it didn't matter but felt like finishing the job was really an afterthought.   After the initial eject work they were in no rush to finishe even when they were on-premise.  My second issue was that on multiple occasions they sent me bills for money they were not owed.  Either they were trying to get me to pay money they weren't owed or they don't know what their own contracts say. 
I might consider Landes again for plumbing work.  If it was a big job I would make sure the contract had a time frame spelled out.

Noticed no hot water about midnight, they came out next day, had it installed and ready to go by 4pm. The tech, Bryan, was extremely courteous and friendly.  There was another person who briefly came to help and he was great also.  As for the technical part, I couldn't tell you because I know nothing about such things.

They saved me a lot of money. They are great. The guy was honest. He was hourly paid. They did not try to push anything on me. He actually explained things. They are very reasonably priced. They are a quick service. The ladies that answer the phone are a little crabby. Their service is excellent. They charged us for two tests and the check-up. They also were able to fix a problem, my lights flicker when the air conditioning turns on, he had the idea that he had it in his truck and he installed it right there and charged me almost nothing. It is a great service.

I called them because I had heard they were a reputable organization, but I wasn't impressed with this company at all. The original price quoted to me was over $850 for a standard sink installation, not counting the sink and faucet, which I purchased on my own. In my opinion, that's about twice what it should have been based on the amount of work involved. I had to use them since I was in a time crunch, and I ended up doing the removal of the old sink myself to save some costs. 
When the plumber arrived, he found that the new sink was bigger than the old one, and thus we had to enlarge the hole. Not a big deal, except that he informed me that due to insurance reasons, he was not allowed to cut my countertop. He said I could do the cutting or he could send out a company carpenter (for a large fee, of course) to cut the hole. So, needless to say, I ended up cutting the hole myself. (This was not the plumber's fault, it's the corporate BS that you have to deal with at a big outfit like this.)
Now, that being said, the plumber himself was very professional, and he did a nice job on the plumbing. The sink looks great, and the plumbing was done right. I had a problem with one of the new valves they installed (it was leaking), but they came back out right away to fix it (telling me I "probably" wouldn't be charged for a 2nd service call). 
Overall, the plumber did quality work, but I honestly felt like the company was trying to completely rip me off. When I raised my concern about the high price with the person who did the quote, he told me that, "he didn't think he had scheduled enough time and wasn't charging me enough for the project." Given that the job only took 4.5 hours (and the plumber wasn't moving very quickly at that), I think the quoted price was way too high.
I haven't received a final invoice yet, so we'll see if they go ahead and adjust that price or not. I will update this review once I hear back from them on that front. But overall, I wasn't impressed with the office and will be looking for a new plumber in the area.

Plumber showed up on time, was friendly and went straight to work. I never had a problem with these guys from Landis. They do a professional ol school job and always any of my questions in a courteous manner.

Our sewer line backed up and I.T. Landes determined through cleaning attempts, and camera work, that the sewer pipe was cracked/broken in 2 places and that tree roots had infiltrated the line.  Over the course of 3 days, they excavated a trench 12' long, 12' deep and 6' wide, within feet of a huge maple tree.  While the work was in progress I never thought our yard would be the same again.  Lo and behold, in spite of the displaced plants, tree roots and all the awful red clay dirt that replaced my topsoil, the yard is on the mend.  Most importantly, the sewer line is fixed, cast iron pipe replaced with pvc, and all our plumbing is in order. 
Admittedly, the person who quoted the job painted a much rosier picture than the guys who actually did the work, so beware that it may take longer and be messier than thought.  It is also good to be present for the work, e.g. the workers did not bring plywood to put on the lawn before the dirt piles were moved, I insisted and am glad as that part of the lawn has recovered whereas the areas that dirt was dumped directly are still barren of grass.

Air conditioner was running longer than normal, and noise was coming from the hot liquid return line.  The system was checked, and Freon was added to the system.  I.T. Landes was able to come out 1.5 days after I called them, many others were already booked.  The technician worked quickly in order to make sure he did not exceed the 30 minute time which was included in the initial service fee.  He was very professional, and spoke to me on the phone to explain the service required.  
He explained that I could wash the condenser coils to increase the efficiency of the condenser.  He offered to perform these services, but said I could do them myself and save the cost.
