 + -1 moreWhile I found Mr. Musselman to be accessible and pleasant, the quoted price was over $11k, which was 2x more than the next highest of the 3 quotes I received for doing pretty much the same scope of work. Although I was told by a friend who had him refinish their floors that "he did fine work", they also told me he was expensive, but I never imagined how expensive. In the end, I could find no way to justify the price difference. Although I gave his company a 'C' rating, I did so because of of the good reference I got from a friend and because I found Mr. Musselman to be pleasant, accessible and responsive. I do not want to rate his service poorly since I chose not to use him to refinish my floors due to his comparatively very high price.
Description of Work: Sand, re-statin and finish 1st floor oak floors.
