DRUMM DESIGN REMODEL

I was put in touch with Brian Drumm from the company that we worked with to coordinate the AV portion of our work.
After arriving and discussing what we were looking for and taking some preliminary measurements, Brain got us in touch with a cabinet designer. She worked with us to plan out the design and wood choice and a sketch was sent shortly after. We had some input for changes and a new sketch and estimate was provided in a day or two. The estimate was right in line with what we expected and managed to leave enough budget space for the AV portion as well.
After a month space for the cabinet building, Brian scheduled us for 2 days work for the install. He arrived right on time and quickly got to work. The cabinet install took only a single day and looks great.
There were only two minor issues that are resolved. The first is that one of the lower cabinets was planned for containing a file server and there wasn't enough space for the rear wires. With input from the AV guy, they simply cut space in between the cabinet sections to allow for air flow and the cables. The second was not enough shelf brackets, which are being dropped off in the near future.

After completing a major renovation about 4 years ago, we began to experience a series of ongoing problems in the new space (plumbing, electrical, structural). I contacted Drumm Associates, who promptly came in and began crossing off the laundry list of maladies. For the past 2 years, they have been slowly but steadily converting our house into the dream home we originally envisioned. Drumm Associates are professional, experienced, provide sound estimates prior to project start, and deliver continuous feedback as the job progresses in a manner in which you understand. Compared to other contractors, Drumm Associates may be a bit more expensive, but the quality and final product is well worth the investment.

They're a nice locally-run property. I recommend them.

TOM HAS DONE WORK FOR MANY OF OUR RELATIVES. WE HAVE ALL BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. GOOD RESPONSE TIME, AND THE WORK IS COMPLETED IN THE EXPECTED TIME. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
