He did an excepetional job. It's clean, they didn't damage anything, and we liked them a lot.

Rick is great to work with.   He is really on top of things, very responsive, and does exactly what he says he will do.   The quality of work was high and he and his crew really knows their craft.   The job was large and took a few weeks to do.

The finished product came out exactly as planned in the proposal and it looks beautiful.  It was the design that sold us on using him to begin with.  The main issue is that with a rainy summer, work did not begin until about a month after it was supposed to, considerably shortening the time we've had to enjoy the new outdoor space.  Some of the cyprus trees needed to be staked because of the windy conditions here and Rick was out the very next morning to put the stakes in.
I am a little disappointed in how they did the reseeding on the areas covered with topsoil.  They didn't use enough of the moisture covering and even after us reseeding, there are still significant dirt patches.
All in all, I am very pleased with how things went once they got started and the finished product is great!

I originally had B&T in for an estimate for a new patio for our hot tub. His quote was competetive - right in the middle of five bids. I had another firm do the patio and to put it mildly it was a mess. Pavers were not level, dips in some areas that collected rainwater in puddles. The hot tub had to have a 1/2 inch board put under one side as the pavers wer so far out of level. I had that contractor come back and attempt to fix the pavers, and he spend another fully day "fixing" it. He didn't fix it, he made it worse.
So I ended up calling B&T back in and asked him to fix it. His team came in, took up all the patio pavers, releveled the base and reset the entire area and added a new paver border. His team even moved the hot tub off the pavers and moved it back to the correct spot when they were done. The work was absolutely perfect - the way it should have been done in the first place.
While he was there I had him add a weed block fabric and a few tons of stone under or raised deck and add three nice specimen trees in our front yard.
B&T may not be the lowest cost - but their work and craftmanship are absolutely top notch. You can't go wrong using B&T, higly recommended.

They did an excellent job. They were thorough, and come back to make sure the waterfall is running properly for the next season. When they worked, they cleaned up everyday so well that you wouldn't even know they were here. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
