It rained Friday night, four days after the installation. My husband came into the kitchen and saw that there was water leaking through the skylights into the electrical box and through the cabinets down to the coutnertops and the floor. In the main bath, its also leaking as well across the ceiling. You can see where the water is running down in between the walls. We called right away regarding this and he refused to come out even though I have a 10 year warranty in writing from him. He said he'd send a worker out and no one ever showed up. We had to hire a restoration company to repair the damage and the work. He also brought out the wrong shingles and skylights. The restoration company we hired looked at the work and told us that the skylights he installed were paper thin. He was also supposed to do the guttering, and when my husband asked him why he didn't, he said he swapped out the gutters for the skylights and that he told me about it when he never did.
Description of Work: He installed a new roof and 3 skylights on 5/08/2017.
