I also go to their store to buy parts for my tractor. I could not get it to start, the guy came out and helped me get it started, and I was not charged for that. They bring a truck to my place, it is a special truck and they will run my tractor into the back of it and do the work on my tractor. It is a mobile maintenance unit. It usually takes about 2 hours. Last year I had other issues, so they picked my tractor up and took it to their shop and did more extensive work on it and then brought it back. It was $25 each way for that. They will pull my tractor up on the computer and have me look at it, I tell them what I need, and they usually have it in stock. If they do not have it in stock, it could take up to a week to get it. That has only happened once or twice. They are always here when they say they are going to be here.

Prompt pick up but we had to call about statu more than once sort of like they forgot about us and even though we had coupon they got full price for e thing or snother.
