C.H. Plastering

Cliff arrived on time and repaired the ceiling very quickly. He also was great at covering every-thing with tarps and cleaning everything up. I would use him again.

I had cliff out to look at the job, thinking he would look it over then give me an estimate. But he gave me a price and came prepared to do the work right then if I was in agreement! Of corse I was!.

Cliff was great! He was timely, professional, skilled at his craft, and priced well. He did everything I asked and the work looks perfect. Once I paint it, no one will ever know it was ever damaged and repaired! Call him, you won't regret it.

Cliff was very professional. He responded quickly to my email, arrived at the designated time, and maintained a very neat working area. He matched the fan pattern exactly and thoroughly cleaned the working area before leaving.

I asked the plasterer, who happened to be the owner, to remove old patch material, apply new material, and blend it into the remaining area.  
Apparently he didn't think that was the best approach.  Without clearing a change of plans with me, he decided to add some skim coat material (very thin knock down pattern) to the whole ceiling.  He didn't even clear his change of plans with me and his approach wasn't what I wanted.  When I asked him about it, he said "I am surprised, everyone else likes that pattern.  
After they were done, I now had to bring in a painter because there was new skim-coat material dabbed (and knocked down) on top of old semi-gloss paint with about 50% new and 50% old.  That was done in three rooms.
I can still see the old patched areas that I asked him to rework.  I wasn't happy at all.

We needed some repair work/patching done to a ceiling and a wall due to past water damage.  Cliff came out (on time) to look at the area and provide an estimate.  When the day came for the repair, he and his helper were on-time, very professional, efficient, and did great work.  As part of the repair he had to create a textured surface to blend in with the existing structure.  He did an amazing job of matching the designs.  Considering the art form that plastering can be, it is a very impressive repair.  They cleaned up everything after they were done and were out of there in a few short hours.
Very impressed with the service we received from Cliff and would readily use him again.  I only wish he performed other trades also, as I would love to receive his level of service from other contractors.  Highly recommended!

I asked Cliff to hang the plasterboard and plaster the entire room.  I wanted a swirl pattern on the ceiling and smooth walls.  Cliff did a great job on both.  He completed the entire job in about 9 or so hours.  I am a very satisfied customer.
