Precise installation without notable defects or imperfections. Coordinated with a concrete contractor whom he recommended to repair a lifted, cracked floor that would not allow seamless door closure. Timing had to be such that the new door would be able to close during temporary use of a gravel entry, until concrete replacement could take place. After the entire job was completed, including the concrete work, the door is now functioning very nicely. I prefer a more detailed estimate sheet than the (garage door) contractor provided in advance of the work, but we were able to speak as needed, including by telephone, so that I understood materials prices apart from labor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. No significant problems.
