It went great!
Description of Work: I had an inspection of my 2 zone heating systems. My technician was John Kline. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I hope that he will be my regular technician. He discussed with me what he thought I needed and what I didn't need. I signed up for an annual maintenance contract which includes two maintenance visits. One visit in the winter and one in the spring. This is why I contacted McCrea in the first place. I had used them for annual maintenance with my prior house for 15 years and I was very satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: Charged $75 to walk in house. First found a loose wire, which I could have fixed and I told him that, and he said you can fix it, but if that isn't the problem I have to charge you another $75 as another call. He charged $65 to fix the wire it took him 1 minute. He checked everything and could not find the problem. I thought maybe the thermostat. He had me hold it against the wall and the furnace went on. He said he could replace it for $400. I said no I would do it and did.
