Terrible. This work was done via an AHS insurance policy. His recommendations were different than 4 other contractors that had looked at the system. He released environmentally dangerous refrigerants into the atmosphere. He only replaced part of the system that needed replacement. He required me to remove part of the ceiling to install the unit because he couldn't figure out how to do it. He told me the duct work was fine after 4 other qualified inspectors told me it was in horrible shape and had been repaired twice in the last 6 months. It was obvious he is a poor workman using inadequate tools and methods for the work.

"First off I never released any thing and on Ahs jobs because we have no control over what equipment that is being ordered we do not know how big it is can to protect your property we do not take artic stairs if we order the equipment we should not have to have the owner of the property handle that. You system was low on refrigerant and under Ahs policy they repair not replace the whole system and that is why they looked multiple for second opinions. Also we never charged you $1500 so do not no where that came from"
