Randy is the best! He came back to make sure the job was done to his liking. Even took a little longer than he expected but that was only because we were in the home and the home was fully furnished so they had to move all furniture and protect it and work around a 2 yo in the process! They were wonderful to have around and were extremely professional. I plan on hiring them to do more work in the future. The house looks so nice now that it is painted I want to upgrade the floors! He even hired a maid to clean up after he was done!

Randy was very professional . He helped me work through color choices and provided recommendations based on his experience. Our house was fully furnished and the crew worked meticulously in protecting our furniture and moving our furniture back exactly how it was before. I highly recommend.

WOW is all I can say. My Hagerstown house looks like new, and it's been a whirlwind week and a half since all of the repairs/painting/carpet cleaning began. Tonight, I was able to finally get down here to finish the cleaning of the bathrooms and floors, and AmeriClean was in today to do the carpets - they look like NEW!!! AWESOME job. However, most of my thanks goes to my painter (and Jack of ALL trades) Randy Broadus and his crew from Broadus Property Management, LLC. HOLY COW, they did fast and incredible work to transform my house with a fresh coat of paint and handled so many other handyman repairs along the way. I made a lifelong friend (poor guy had me texting him constantly?), and folks if you need ANYTHING done at all, do yourself a favor and look him up on Facebook and hire him. He is seriously the BEST, and prices were very reasonable. He was hired for a few jobs from my friends and family while he worked here this week, so I know he appreciated that. He's just a good guy and a hard worker. she is READY FOR SALE!!!

Overall this was a smooth home buying process. Randy was able to complete all projects at the home I just bought as well as doing work at the home I was selling which required travel for him and his crew.

There was a flood in my home and the ceiling drywall needed replaced, finished, and painted. Broadus was able to complete the project in its entirety and to my satisfaction. I will be hiring again for future projects

By hiring this company, you will get a headache due to the poor quality of the work, the remaining dirt in your house and not finding your painting tools and leftover paint. For those interested, I can provide a photo with the results of the work of Randy and his team. Regarding the team: you will need to control every person in your house, otherwise many of your things will disappear without a trace. They used my tools and ladders for their work, which had to be thrown away after the renovation, because it was no longer possible to use them - everything was covered with paint.

The whole crew works with utmost professionalism. Very careful moving items and putting items back. Very pleased.

I moved here from another state and need to find vendors for my property, I struggled and the people who called them selves vendors aren’t really vendors, I tried Craigslist nothing , I googled painters and home advisors contacted me and sent someone today! This service works !

Randy was very responsive to my needs, and his crew was very respectful. In addition to flooring installation, his crew completed whole house interior painting, exterior trim painting, and water pipe repair. Randy went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work.

Did not work a full day during the entire two month project. Original estimate was three weeks! Mud job was not professional and I have to hire another person to redo. Randy is courteous, as are his team of workers. There were too many issues to list here.
