After the basement project, that 1 employee walked out. Mark took over and built us a deck that failed inspection from the building inspector. He ruined all of our doors while staining them. Did not sand, just put mismatching stain and mismatching doors and sealed them, they look horrible and need to be replaced. Put up drywall and spackle never sanded walls, painted over nails and stains. Made promises of when the job would be done, but never showed up. This was an 8 week project we were on week 14 before we fired him. He did not pay his employee that did a great job along with the carpet installers. He claims we owe the carpet installers still. We have paid this man over $45,000. We didn't get that much work out of him. approximately $20,000 worth of work for the basement. Everything else that he touchd is basically ruined and we have to now pay someone to come in and fix what he destroyed including $5,000 for the deck to get up to code. I have quotes, I have the building inspector report, and I have tons of pictures. Feel free to contact me and I will be happy to prove the workmanship of this company. Run dont walk from Northeast restorations. This is now going to be a legal issue.
