Description of Work: Jim is a plumber who worked on a leaking faucet in my bathtub. He was able to remove the broken piece of a control rod from the faucet and replace the broken piece without having to come back or make additional trips. He was also able to tighten a loose sink faucet and set it in place at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: They promptly arrived and replaced a worn out sump pump in a professional and informational visit. I will be calling them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking pipe from a 2nd floor bath. Refreshing knowing that your working with a family business who cares. Made a complex repair look easy. Professional, on-time, clean and tidy repair no surprises.

Description of Work: Unclogged sewer line. They knew what they were doing!

Description of Work: Installed 4 brand new faucets in brand new granite counter tops. Used plumbers putty instead of silicon and it bled oily residue into the granite. They had to file an insurance claim to have the whole job redone, all granite had to be replaced. They were prompt and professional when filing the insurance claim as well as during the whole project. We had another plumber install the faucets the second time.

Description of Work: It was easy to schedule work for the next day. The repairman arrived on time and was very professional. He had a drop cloth he put down, assessed the problem and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He was done quickly and even left a allen wrench for my disposal.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working during our 99 degree heat wave. I must have called seven different places with the same response - it will be 2 to 3 days before we can get to you. Then, I called Rosemary. She answered for Espenshade's Plumbing & Heating. I started explaining what I needed, when she stopped me and said they were extremely busy - BUT she would try somehow to work us in and she would call me back. She called back and had someone here a few hours later. Not only did he fix the AC, he went out of his way to find and pick up the part that was needed. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: We've been using Espenshades for a few months now. Have found their prices reasonable and their quality of work exceptional. We have had a new hot water heater installed,a shower drain, replaced a shower mixing valve and have had two boilers repaired. The repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. Plan on using them again.
