Paul Kelly did an impressive job of completing renovating our kitchen, powder room, family room, and enclosing a patio to create a laundry room and mudroom in our Wayne home. He is an organized contractor who gets the job done right. After our unfortunate experiences with several subpar contractors, I didn’t think contractors like Paul Kelly still existed. We could not have been more pleased with Paul’s outstanding ability to manage all aspects of this complex project, his exceptional workmanship, and his open, clear, and direct communication. He is a contractor who actually picks up his phone or promptly responds to texts or phone calls. We received daily updates at the end of each day to tell us what happened that day, and what was ahead in the next few days and weeks. He completed the job on time and on budget. It’s a great feeling to know that if you drive by your house when Paul Kelly is your contractor, you can be assured that you will see trucks at your house. When I would come by at the end of the day, I could not believe how much they accomplished. In addition, his entire crew (Jim in particular) takes care of your house to ensure that the job site is tidy each day and it is was left in immaculate condition at the end of the project. Furthermore, Paul took care of the little annoying details like switching the doors on my washer and dryer without me even asking. But what I am most appreciative of is Paul’s integrity and character. He is an honest man who takes pride in his work and he will do it right because that is the kind of man he is. He took care of us like we were his family. You don’t get that kind of treatment these days. I look forward to having him return in the future to do other projects in our home.

Paul did an excellent job remodeling our bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub. He is prompt, neat and hard-working. He listens well, has good ideas, and did as we asked. He and his crew completed both jobs in good time. We are very happy with each of the bathrooms. We are glad that our friend recommended him! We would hire Paul again.
