+ -1 moreWe purchased parts for our equipment from them (using a debit card). They processed the special-order promptly and the parts arrived when promised. Several months later, when we wanted to take equipment to them for routine service we were informed that they had stopped accepting credit and debit cards. That was a deal-breaker for us. We had to find another service provider that would accept credit cards. They are knowledgeable and helpful. We would still use them if the accepted credit and debit cards.
Description of Work: Good experience buying parts.
