Description of Work: Had these guys come out for an emergency service. | Had a radiator leaking, said they could do nothing at the time and gave me an estimate for over $3000 to fix.Talked with my neighbor later on that day with the same kind of heating ststem came over fixed the leak in about two minutes with the wrench do not use these guys they are cheats.

Description of Work: Repaired a burst pipe on a very cold day. They were there within two hours when others could only promise next day service. Service person called the following day to inquire whether the problem was solved.

Description of Work: They came the same day. Did a great job and very professional. Only negative was that they were expensive. We were willing to pay to get our air conditioner working on a hot day, so it was worth it to us.

Description of Work: There was a problem with the zone heating and heat wasn't delivered to the upstairs. They did not properly diagnose the problem that the motor in the duct (which deflected air flow upstairs)was inoperable and needed to be replaced. Instead, the technician turned up the heat controls on the furnace. We had to have another company to look at the problem and then it was correctly diagnosed. They claim that turning up the control on the furnace was dangerous and they reset it. We realized that the O'Donnell technician was not properly trained for our equipment but unfortunately we already had paid for the visit and bought a year's service contract with them for 2014. We did use the service contract for the air conditioning yearly maintenance check but will not use them any longer because we are not convinced they are trained for our heating equipment.
