I chose them because they've been in business for some time, and it was a great experience.  They do everything themselves, do a quality job, and have a pretty reasonable price.  They installed two latches in addition to making some gate repairs for free which was nice.  What's more is that their fence withstood hurricane Sandy without any problems.

They are outstanding. The installation was a breeze. The craftsmanship is great and the fence is rock solid. They know what they are talking about and have an excellent product. They are prompt and very professional. Everything is done correctly. They also can offer advice on what will look right.

The service has been fine. They are reasonably priced and do what they say they are going to do. They are easy to deal with. I have been happy with their service.

We've used them before and had good experiences.  They arrived on time, did a quality job, and charged a competitive price for the service.  In addition, they stand behind their work which we appreciate.

They installed my a black painted fence for me. I told them that there were several areas in the fence that were not painted. He said when came back in the area he would paint the fence. It has now been over a year and they never came back. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them others.

The service turned out wonderful. I had a concern about the painting initially. The owner came out and repainted the areas I was concerned with. He also gave me a guarantee for five years on the fence. He does stand behind his product. I was very happy with their service.

Workers called when they were leaving, arrived on time. Installation went as expected, looks good. I had no other estimates- no other company showed, so I don't know how the price compared.

It went very well.  The estimator came around and gave us a written quote with various options.  We agreed to the work and price.  They gave us a date - turned up promptly - removed the old fence and debris and built a brand new one.  All in one day.  They also ground down various stumps that we along the run of the fence so that it looked professional.

It went well. The quality is excellent and the price was fair (got a few estimates -- all came in around the same).

Wasn't much else contact besides the estimate and actual visit -- you get an estimate, you mail in a check, they come out, you mail a check. However, it all worked out. Even between the time they cashed the check before they contacted me again to schedule was a few weeks (I think 2 or so).
There was a long time between the estimate and the fence being put in, but that's expected with good companies, especially in the middle of the summer.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Very nice but way over priced.  I had estimates that were at least $2000.00 less for almost the exact fence.

The team came out on time and went right to work. It took them 2 days to put up the chain link fence. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no metal fragments or loose soil around the perimeter of the fence. This was important to me since I have 2 large dogs and accidents do happen. The only problem I had was there were several nicks and scratches on the fence which bothered me. When I called the company they offered their apologies and stated they would repair the blemishes. It took them 3 weeks to finally come to do the work and I still need to paint a few areas. In summary, I would use them again and would recommend their services. Their prices were very competitive and Bob explained the process better than the other fence salesmen who came to my house. I would just say be vigilent on the appearence of their work.

I asked them to quote replacing an existing 6' high wooden privacy fence because my neighbor had used them. The price was high relative to the other two quotes. They were about 20% higher on price than the company I ended up using.

I really do not have anything to say beyond it. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They guy gave me a quote on the spot and that was it. There wasn’t anything unusual with the experience. Their estimated price was expensive. It was more expensive than other estimates I got.

The quote process was very easy and quick.  They were able to give me a quote right then and there. The pricing was very reasonable.  We would have used them for the fence, unfortunately timing was a big factor for us.  However, just by their sheer professionalism and timely responses, I would definitely recommend them to others and most likely would use them in the future.  

I wouldn't rate them as the best price for quality compared to some of the other vendors we had come out. We didn't use them because of price and quality of materials. We thought it was less than what we could get with the company we actually went with.

They did great work and were on time. They did the work within the estimate that they offered.
