Total ripoff!! I just don't want anyone else to go through what we've gone through. We had a leaky kitchen faucet and I went to yelp to find a plumber. After everything was said and done we walked away with a $49 faucet, a shoddy caulking job, and an $859 bill... and when I called and asked for a break down of charges, Steve the plumber, gave me a song and dance about how he charges $700/$800 for a kitchen faucet installation. It's just not right! After calling a few other plumbers, they told me they charge between $350 and $400 including a $100 faucet. Take your business elsewhere!!

Had 1st plumber come; tried to clear a clog in my sewer line by using a snake entered through my basement sewer pipe; did not work. Called Drainworks, explained what 1st plumber did. Drainworks came the next day; snaked the sewer line from the street. It was an easy and quick job. He told me it would cost $525. I told him the last plumber only charged $175. Drainworks plumber kept saying, "Well it cost you a lot less than a dig up." However, in checking Angie's list I see that most people paid an average of $170 to have the exact same work done. I had a coupon for 15% off. Drainworks plumber haggled me about coupon saying for jobs over $200 I get only $25 off. Also claimed he originally quoted me $550 (definitely not true, he said five and a quarter which means $525). Had a gut feeling this was WAY too much money! Wish I had not used them. I got the 15% off the $525, but $446.25 for this job was exorbitant! Call someone else!
