It went very well. I can't think of any don'ts.

Excellent!!! Once initially contacted, Darrin was prompt at arriving for an estimate. He was very understanding that we couldn't have the work done immediately, and was happy at scheduling it 4 months in advance. (He usually is already booked 2-3 months in advance). Darrin arrived as scheduled, was very clean, removed things from the walls, painted, then placed everything back where it was supposed to go. His work was meticulous, and he made sure we were completely satisfied with the job before leaving. He even re-did a small section of wall that he started to paint the wrong color because of a miscommunication which was really our fault.
