Creative Comfort Solutions was created to provide homeowners with large company expertise and reliability, but with small company quality and customer service. We created a system that ensures every customer is treated as if they were our first. We are fully licensed and insured. We specialize in providing high efficient heating and cooling solutions for your home. Our philosophy is to work with the homeowner to create the perfect balance of long term efficiency and up front cost. We realize that every customer's situation is different and we take the time to determine what the best match will be. Our goal is to provide every customer with exceptional service for the life of the system. Our founder Russell J. Notte was born in Norwood, PA. He currently resides in Glenolden, PA. Russell has 15 years experience both working for and owning part of a very large heating and air conditioning company. The experience he gained both in the field and the office allowed him the opportunity and expertise to start this business. The cooling mechanism was fine, but workmen did not put covering (conduit) to cover outside cables. I emailed owner who had someone come back to do that -- which made the outside much more aesthetically appealing. I commend them for their responsiveness. Had it been done from the get go, I would have given them five stars. They are obviously concerned with customer satisfaction.

The technician was very processional and very thorough when performing repairs or maintenance. I don't even have to remember to call them because they come to perform maintenance twice per year. I feel like I am in good hands with them.

Exceptionally well. Michael Gill came to my house, examined the boiler and discussed with me what I wanted. He responded specifically to each question I asked with answers that were helpful in considering an offer. He provided a written, specific offer, then answered questions to further elaborate on the equipment he was proposing. After I had evaluated his and several other offers, I found his price to be very competitive, and his plan for the project very suitable. He brought his engineer to review plans for the installation. The work was done the next day. When I inspected the installed boiler, he brought the engineer to help answer questions and explain the system with its new (innovative) aspects (which require less adjustments and guesswork than the previous one.) They also explained the new thermostat, with which I am also pleased. The work was done neatly and without mess. I was out of the house for the entire time of the installation. (I felt very secure with doing that.) After hearing about the great features with the new boiler, I said; "Well I guess I'd better run up and bleed all the radiators." Mike answered; "Oh we've already done all that;" (A nice ending).

It went well. The technician (NIck, who was friendly) arrived in the stated time window, cleaned the interior of the furnace, and replaced the oil filter and nozzle. The price was very competitive.

Nick, the technician, was wonderful. It was a mystery to him, too, but one that he took seriously -- even reviewing the schematics in the manual. He stayed on it until we saw improvement - and called later that evening to see how the unit was working. I would definitely recommend this company!

Hired them to replace a water heater, after getting estimates from a few other contractors. Their bid was very competitive, lower than most. There was one bid that was lower, but I went with Creative Comfort because they were very responsive and more than happy to address any questions/concerns that I had. They came out first to make sure they had all the specs right, and when they came out to do the work, they were on time, very professional, and finished the job in less time than the internet told me it would take. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and clients.

Our HVAC was not working properly. The technician diagnosed the problem, fixed it and changed the filter. The HVAC is working well now and are very comfortable during the current heat wave. The technician was punctual, polite and professional. The price was reasonable.

Highly recommend these guys. They installed two air conditioning units in my 1925 build. Mike and Joe were fantastic as were the crew. Professional, tidy, and very punctual. The process took about 6 days to install, top to bottom and you would never know they're there. Certainly recommend these guys.

Joe was very professional. Once he diagnosed the problem, he went out to get the replacement part, since he didn't have one in the truck. After finishing the work, he also replaced the filter free of charge since it was quite dirty.

As far as creative solution went they were very good and professional but they had another company come in to take away oil and housing which werent as professional they did damage to my stairwell walls . And creative solutions had also had to come back yo repair block window issue. So i definitely recommend them , i would not to this other company they deal with. I spent alot of money there should of been no issues.

The service provided by Creative Comfort Solutions was beyond excellent. On late Friday afternoon I called to schedule an appointment. Russell was able to schedule one on early Monday morning for an evaluation of the unit. The problem was diagnosed, parts were ordered, and the unit was fixed by Wednesday afternoon. Considering that the problem involved the compressor, a valve, and coolant--the issue was resolved quickly by the technicians (Joe and Joe). Their professionalism and responsiveness are to be commended. Creative Comfort Solutions is a model for great customer service. I will definitely use them again, and hope you will give them a chance. After receiving six estimates from other contractors for a new gas HVAC unit, and after a recommendation from my bother-in-law I contacted Michael with Creative Comfort Solutions. Michael was quick to respond, took his time evaluating our home and addressing my questions we felt at ease to hire Creative Comfort Solutions to do our oil to gas conversion. Even after we signed the contract Michael, along with Russell continued to address our questions. Installation date, the contractors were here in Bensalem bright and early (7:30am) to complete the removal of the old system and install of the new system. They even removed our old oil tank for an extra small fee. Even when PECO needed to come and test the gas line, Creative Comfort Solutions was here again bright and early (7:30am) while PECO tested the gas line. We couldn't have had a better experience. I would highly recommend these guys. When my system needs servicing I am calling no one other that Creative Comfort Solutions. And when it eventually needs to be replaced, yes you guessed it I am calling Creative Comfort Solutions.

Creative Comfort presented me with several options for my older house. All ductwork had to be installed, so I was a little apprehensive about that showing in the living areas. The option chosen resulted in no ductwork run through the rooms. And provided me with zoned a/c and heat pump. Glad they came up with that layout. Working very well.

Michael was great from the minute we met him! He spent over an hour with us on the original visit letting us know the variety of options and even the history of the industry in our area- which was actually pretty interesting! His quote was very reasonable on our tight budget and he never pressured us to go with pricier options. His crew came right on time every day and finished the job in three days. They were very professional, very sensitive with our temperamental dog (even let him out of the room we kept him in so he would be out when we got home), and kept the place immaculate throughout the project and after. Any questions we had, they would take the time to answer. They made sure we understood all the components before we finished, and test ran it to be sure. I could not recommend this company more highly!

I'm so glad I picked Creative Comfort to install my air conditioning system. I interviewed serveral companies and was really happy with the price and creative solution to get a/c into my bathroom. I had no ducts before the installation. Now I have a 2 zone system, a ducted system on my 2nd floor with no impact to my closets like other companies offered. Plus a mini split down stairs. Michael & Russ are great to work with and so are there employees. They worked with my schedule and made it so easy to get this project done.
