Rob was extremely helpful. I'm very grateful for his attentiveness and flexibility during our inspection. He was on time to install the radon detection devices and inspect for wood infestation. After inspection he explained to us the process and when we would expect results. Unfortunately due to our brief inspection period in the sellers agreement contract, we were forced to cut the testing short a day or two. Rob went last minute on a Saturday afternoon to retrieve the devices and send a report within our contracted inspection period. He helped alleviate one less stressor from the buying process. I would definitely recommend.

They came on time and it took them about 30 seconds. They came in the house and immediately said it was fine. I don't have termites, I think. It is hard for me to judge their price. I have no complaints about their service.

Nobody called me back, obviously. If this is how they treat someone who wants to renew a contract with them, I'm afraid to think what would happen if I actually needed them.

Our employee should have taken your number (if it was povided) and had someone call you back. We perform appoximately 2,000 inspections per year. As you can see, we have very few complaints. Boro came out to examine an ant infestation. I originally thought it to be Carpenter ants because of where they were coming in from and where their nest was. Boro had inspected the home 8month prior when we purchased it. The tech came out observed and inspected, explained the situation and how to handle it. They were not carpenter ants, the tech explained and guided me on treatment of them and left without charge (I assume it was in good faith since we've used them for the inspection). Excellent company, I've been recommending them ever since the inspection and will still continue to do so. Very timely, courteous and friendly.

Have had a contract with them, since I moved into home 5 yrs ago. They do a yearly inspection. Also treated a cricket nest I had in a crawl space. Prompt and efficient.

When I got the location as scheduled, I was told inspection was done one day earlier without informing me. I was not happy about this kind of arrangement. I still sent them check anyway after I received the report, because I have to trust them actually done the inspection as promised, then I found they actually charged my credit card without telling me. I was totally unhappy.

Since we were unable to meet the home inspector, the real estate agent provided access the day before. You should have been informed that we were doing the inspection and I apologize. Neither I, nor the agent, realized it would be an issue. But thanks for amending the review. Greatly appreciated!"

Boro did my pest inspection when the house was purchased. The inspector was helpful and informative. I received another quote on the job, but it was much more expensive than the Boro quote. Two workers showed up the day of the treatment. They were courteous and willing to answer any questions. They explained to me about how they would need to drill holes in concrete/pavement where necessary and how long the job would take--about 3/4 of the day. Job came with 2 year guarantee that includes an annual follow up inspection.

The charged less than half of what national companies charge. The treatment was successful. I would go back to them if I needed.

Rob found evidence of termite damage in two areas of the house, one of these spots was quite out of the way. Also found some evidence of carpenter bees. I wasn't pleased to know there were termites, but he was very thorough and I was glad he found them! Nice guy, easy to work with, made sure to point out damage to seller's real estate agent (who was present). The damage was relatively minimal, and he recommended chemical treatment, which was performed by Boro at seller's expense (about $650).

When we bought our house there was an active termite infestation that seemed to be long term. Lots of damage! But these guys came on our day of closing (we made the appt) and they treated the whole place inside and out. Then two weeks later when we thought we saw some termites (even though they said it could take a few weeks for them to all die off) they still came back out right away, no questions and retreated certain areas that we were worried about. We also had these guys to our initial inspection when we were checking the house out and the guy was very thorough, showed us the extent of the damage, spent time with us explaining what termites go for and why certain areas weren't touched at all. He was very informative and free with advice, which we appreciated greatly.
