They do termite inspections. We were supposed to do another inspection this year. When I bought the house they did the termite inspection. The guy basically inspected things inside the house and told me everything was fine. He gave me a card. This was a year ago. A year later I received a bill from them for an inspection this year and they said that they needed to do another inspection. I was supposed to be covered for something. So I called them to figure out what exactly I was covered for, to schedule the inspection for this year and to pay the bill. This was a couple of minutes to their closing time and the lady I spoke with did not want to do anything. She was busy doing something else and said she could not find me so she would call me back. First of all she never called me back. I am very upset about that. Like, I am trying to get service and am trying to pay them and I am having this trouble. I can't imagine what would happen if I did pay them and needed actual service. If a customer calls before the end of their office hours they should finish the call, they shouldn't just kind of hang up on them. I somehow feel entitled to an explanation as to what is covered because it was not just an inspection. I think I am not just covered for termites, but they also can come and exterminate things for free, but I wanted details. I think that for $150 they should talk to me about what I am being covered for.

They came on time and it took them about 30 seconds. They came in the house and immediately said it was fine. I don't have termites, I think. It is hard for me to judge their price. I have no complaints about their service.

Since we were unable to meet the home inspector, the real estate agent provided access the day before. You should have been informed that we were doing the inspection and I apologize. Neither I, nor the agent, realized it would be an issue. But thanks for amending the review. Greatly appreciated!"
