took a long time with two plumbers, really made a big deal and cost of small problem.. there was a a little rust in small hole of the diverther ( the little plastic thing that diverts water when you use sprayer) 
they went under mobil home to shut off the water and left the skirting off , I would think they would replace before they left..
they replaced little stem on the turn off valve under sink.. that was not my problem,  I never use them.. They just turned off the main. it cost me a weeks pay. 
I should have had a estimate.. I realize professionals are expensive nowdays.. . I had a Heating and Air replace my thormstate last year and it was only about a hundred dollars .. Thought that was resonable .. 
They were hard to tell the the problem  they came in thinking I had a clogged drain.. with a big white bucket and two men
I told them I was not getting adiquate flow  on the hot water in the kitchen.. and i felt it was some debris in the facuet.  which it was it was a new facuet and I did not know how to open it up to clean it.. 
next time get a estimate ..I could have replaced the damm them for a lot less  
the charge was $250  for something should been done for a service call.
The only thing was a  small amount of debris in the diversion valve slowing the flow. now the black sprayer hose has been shut off , so that does not work..

They are very responsive and will respond very quickly to an emergency. They are competent. My only objection is that they are very expensive and always try to up-sell. My furnace has been pronounced as basically being on its last legs more than once over the years. We DO use them in emergencies, but try to find other choices if possible.
