Joe and the guys at Palmerio Plumbing have done multiple jobs for me. They charge a fair price and do perfect work. I own a "fixer-upper" house and I keep calling them back for projects because they get the job done right the first time and I don't have to worry about it again. Palmerio provided a 2nd opinion to us when we were told our sewer line was broken. The claim turned out to be false, and we would have paid over $10,000 to have it repaired. We are so grateful for their quick response. They included us in the process so we could watch the camera in the sewer line ourselves. They are honest and go the extra mile. Highly Recommend!!

We had a new home in which builder installed low quality parts that started to malfunction after warranties expired. Joe fixed the toilet, sink, and bathtub issues. He then installed a water softener and filtration system that addressed Pottstown hard water issues. He and his team include a master plumber, master electrician, and chemic specialists. They are friendly, courteous, and happy to explain and teach you about their service, products, and how to maintain. They do not believe in oversell. They match products to customers needs. They are honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and fair in their service and product pricing. They do go the extra mile for customers, something that is rare in customer service these days. Absolutely will continue using for maintenance and future plumbing needs.

My house was hit by a tornado last year and it flooded the basement and destroyed the house. The power goes out where I live frequently and the former owners had poorly rigged the plumbing in the basement. Palmerio came highly recommended from others in my neighborhood. They were on time and very professional. I had a new sump pump, back up sump pump and two new toilets installed. They did an entire rework of the plumbing in the basement. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs you have! I could not be more grateful for the work they did!

We always try and support local businesses when we can. Not only was he the first and only plumber to call me back [within minutes, during the middle of the Covid19 pandemic], he was very transparent and upfront on the phone about his business practices and pricing. He arrived in a few hours and made an amazing first impression - before he walked up to the porch, he had donned a mask, gloves, and booties. It may seem like a small thing, but during this time it meant absolute professionalism and made me feel relaxed and confident about hiring them. He immediately set to work trying to clear the blockage from the vent pipe in the front yard and was successful in short order. I was just very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend Palmerio Plumbing to anyone.

He was very professional and fixed my leaking sink faucet but he did not want to tackle the leaking diverter valve on the shower. As a result he didn't charge us for the sink faucet he fixed because he didn't want to tackle the shower faucet. But considering my shower is till leaking at a rapid rate. I wouldn't hire him for anything other than a leaking sink faucet.

the gentleman that came out ended up recommending work that was a lot more expensive than i expected but i had him do the work and once it was complete i knew it was money well spent. the quality of work, the attention to detail, and his professionalism were perfect.

Joe came out personally at the end of his workday Friday to help my family in our home. He was congenial, cooperative, and very proficient. We re-did our powder room which included a new pedestal sink, new faucet and toilet. Palmerio Plumbing installed both based on our time schedule. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and even did an additional faucet replacement in an upstairs bathroom for us during the same visit. Will hire again for any/all plumbing projects.

I was without any plumbing at all for a week. I could not find one plumber to come even look at the problem, PALMERIO PLUMBING came out within 20 minutes and had the problem solved within 30 minutes Would not hesitate to call them for any future problem.
