The inspection was very thorough. The inspector identified a number of issues from cosmetic items to signs of water damage and mold growth. The issues found by the inspector resulted in me not purchasing the house. If the insp3ctor had not been so thorough, I may have ended up purchasing the house and taking a significant financial hit from repair. I was very happy with their performance.
