The actual work was fine. The issue is that the final bill I received was almost 50% higher than quoted and I was never provided an explanation. When I called to ask the customer service rep was incredibly defensive and unprofessional. She repeated herself saying that it was an estimate and that she has emailed the bill when in fact she had not. Be prepared to pay well over whatever "estimate" they provide. There are many more reputable mold remediation companies I would consider before ever using FastPro again.

Tag went out of his way to make myself and my mother feel safe and comfortable. They were wonderful. It was like working with family. The secretaries were great and understood our issues and I recommend this company.
