The light fixture work, drywall work and railing repairs went fine. The man Joe who actually did all of the work took forever to do everything. Joe said that his boss, Jason, wanted him to hurry up and finish the job. When he was painting the railing on the deck, he said it would be extra $300.00 to put on a second coat of paint. It definately need to coats of paint due to a darker stain underneath. I agreed and paid him the money but he never came back to finish the job. He also had installed a bifold door in my daughter's bedroom and never painted it. Joe also took my ladder. I told Jason all of this and he said he would fix all of these issues, but he never did. I think Jason is a good guy but that he got overwhelmed and taken advantage of by his worker.
