The township required us to connect.to their new public sewer system by a certain date and was done before the due date. We reviewed several estimates and chose Banner Associates because of their "word-of-mouth" recommendation for quality work, dependability, great price, professionalism and experience. We contacted Banner Associates and the Project Manager immediately set up an appointment to give us an estimate. He arrived at the appointed time and was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about his service. He explained, in detail, what needed to be done. He then sent us a detailed, written estimate which we accepted. The date was set to begin work. The Project Manager handled all the permits and set inspection times (this was a huge help since we never dealt with this in the past). The day of the work, the Project Manager and his men arrived on time. The people who took care of the old septic system arrived and did their job. The Banner men then installed a new sewer system, hooked it up to the main system, tested it, cleaned up all debris, raked and reseeded the yard and the men left. The Project Manager stayed and asked if we had any questions, which we did. He answered all my many questions to my satisfaction. My 84 year old mother, who owns this property, was overwhelmed by this job.The Project Manager was very understanding in dealing with her which put her at ease. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I have recommended them to many people for this service and the many other services they perform. We have used Banner for plumbing, roofing, basement waterproofing and a few other services in this past year. They exceeded in all aspects of these jobs also !!! They are on our speed dial !!!!
