The first tree they took down. They did exactly what I asked, the price was reasonable. I wanted to have a third job done, but they wanted to wait until the fall due to the type of the tree. They just contacted me about this third job, and I appreciate the follow up. The price is not cheap, but they are worth it.

Rob was prompt, and his knowledge of the tree was impressive. He gave a careful estimate. The team was thorough, careful, and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they had come. It was a huge job, handled responsibly. You could tell they really cared about this old tree. In the process of taking off some dead limbs, the team discovered a large hole in one of the bigger braches of the tree and recommended several ways to treat it. I'm going ahead with that work based on the excellent job they did.

As always Rob gave estimate and was responsive to need to expedite work. The crew was professional in all aspects of work and went above and beyond expectations. They do what they say and say what they do. Can't think of one thing that was not positive about this particular experience and the other experiences I have had with this company.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. The service was thorough and the staff were courteous and professional. It was very important to us that the trees were looked at by a certified arborist who would be present for the cutting. They were cautious and checked with us frequently during the process, cutting back less rather than more so that the trees were not pruned back more than we wanted. They cleaned up thoroughly. They fulfilled all our expectations.

Very responsive, knowedgeable and professional. They told me I did not need the service for which I was requesting an estimate--tree trimming--and that my problem could be solved with Aphid Control. Clearly, I was thrilled. I had two other companies give estimates and they seemed quite expensive. The annual treatment for the bugs is very reasonable. I'm so glad Angie's List steered me to Arborel Tree Service.

Excellent results! Workers came on time, worked steadily, and cleaned up all debris. All of the trees are looking healthier than ever before. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that we were not informed of the actual start date. It didn't matter much, since the work did not require that anyone be home, but we were surprised when we returned home to find the trees all pruned.

They were wonderful! From the beginning they were very courteous and helpful. They returned my call promptly and emailed me the estimate the next day. They were able to squeeze me in when one of their crews finished another job early. They performed the work while I was at work and when I arrived home that day, there wasn?t even a leaf on the ground! They cleaned everything up beautifully; if it weren?t for the absence of the tree, I honestly wouldn?t have known they were there. I truly appreciate the care they took with my property, and their price was the lowest of three companies I called. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They were a pleasure to work with and their quality of work was outstanding.

Rob was extremely knowledgeable and his estimate seemed very fair. On the day of the job, I requested the removal of a couple small trees and Rob was able to accommodate my request. The crew did a great job ... especially with the pine tree that was less than two feet from both the house and the retaining wall.

They are very prompt, reliable, and honest with their service, their employees are very courteous. They are probably the most expensive, however you get what you pay for and they have extensive knowledge in the field. Utilizing their service gives you access to an arborist.

Arborel Tree Service came out and trimmed our cherry tree, they were very good,they did what they said they would do, there were no issues. They did the work and cleanned up well.There prices were a little high for what they did, but I was willing to pay a little extra based on there ratings. I think in the future I might do a little cost comparison, but I would use them again.

The crew was very prompt and professional. A huge tree?s limb had gone into the house and it was a mess, but they did a neat job. Their charge was reasonable because we?ve had people who have charged a lot more as long as 10 years ago.

Arrived on time. During the process of moving the truck to the back yard the driver ran across my lawn in two areas. The border stones were moved by one of the workers and not replaced. As a result I have a damaged lawn and dead grass where the stones were left. The trimming was done well and I am satisfied overall.

After a significant windstorm, we noticed that a large cherry tree on the hill behind our house was listing toward our roof. Pine trees in front of it had kept it from completely falling. An ice storm was in the weather forecast, so we were very anxious to have this addressed. I called this company as soon as they opened on Monday morning and the owner was at my house within half an hour. He looked at the tree, gave me an estimate, and had a crew at my house in the next hour. The weather was terrible and the crew was not able to bring their crane up the hill to the tree because of the snow, so they had to climb the tree instead. They had the tree down and chipped within an hour and a half. While they were there, they also trimmed branches of other trees that were brushing against the house. Their equipment had left ruts in the ground, but they sent someone over in the spring with top soil and seed to repair the yard.

I sent an email describing the work I wanted done. It was a week or two until I got the estimate, which is okay since I said I wasn't in a hurry to get it done. I was out of town when they did the work. The two removals were done properly, down to grade. The pruning was adequate (but I wasn't expecting much). The only complaint I have is a nitpick. They tore up the turf a bit in the back yard. But to be honest, somebody running through there will tear it up. The grass has a very tenuous hold on the soil, and they had to bring heavy equipment in and remove the trunk. It only bothers me because I tried last fall to get it established, and it worked to some degree. And now a piece of it is torn up. But I don't know how they could have done it differently to avoid that. Their removal was thorough. My only complaint is that getting trees removed is so expensive. I didn't feel I could safely bring this one down on my own, though. So I needed a professional.

Their service is excellent, and I have no complaints.

The tree trimming and removal went pretty well but the clean up and their attitude about the damage they caused was not good. I was very disappointed with a quote that did not include the $1200.00 Bobcat rental. The owner came to the house and walked the property to make the quote. It seems the Bobcat rental would have been obvious and included in the estimate.

They did an outstanding job. It went above and beyond my expectations. The situation was a little bit complex. They did a great job of protecting the lawn and other objects. They did a great job of cleaning everything up. It was a high quality job, and I even asked for some of their business cards so I could share them with friends. I was so impressed with them.

They were here about 6 hours because they had to attatch ropes to start and they had to clean up a lot of debris. It went fine.

They were very good. They were professional & they even took the lumber away so the cleanup was very good. They said they could reduce the rate if they didn't clean up & I said ok. One of the workers actually wanted the lumber & took it anyway. They even got the little stuff. The workers were professional, likable & cleaned up really well. They were personable & friendly & the rate was just about what everyone Else's is.

They do a very nice job shaping and thinning out the trees. We have a narrow lot and the trees are always growing over our neighbor's driveways (on both sides), plus there are utility lines that need to be cut away from. We want the trees to be healthy and shaped but there is also a real need for the trimming, and you have to be there to direct them, otherwise they do not trim enough. There have been a couple scheduling snafus, but generally they do show up when they are scheduled to. Rob is the arborist and very knowledgeable. He does some of the trimming and directs the other workers as well. We would like them to trim some of the height from the trees, but Rob says that can't be done without destroying the shape. We've used them twice and have been pleased both times.

Quoted quickly. Work was delayed due to business with cleaning up fallen trees in other properties following the hurricane. No problem for us, we could wait. Came on time and were done so quickly that one tree was gone before we could find the camera!

They came out to give us an estimate and I was impressed with the person's knowledge and affability. It ended up taking quite a while to schedule the work and he was not always reachable on the phone. When they did come, however, they did an excellent job. Overall I was satisfied and would definitely use them again.
