We feel this is the only fair approach. In business since 2006, our leadership team has over 40 years of combined experience in the roofing/siding industry. Adam Resnick, Owner & Chief Executive Officer, has over 25 years in the business, working in all segments from installer, to distribution, to manufacturing, and most recently overseeing sales and distribution for the entire Southeast region for GAF, the world’s largest roofing manufacturer. While we are a small, local business, we have a very large footprint. With over 15 Sales, Service, and Installation Vehicles on the road daily, you’ve likely seen us in your backyard. The process went great from start to finish. We got prices from other contractors that came in about the same. We we gave Holzner Resnick the edge because of their professionalism and presentation of how they would handle our project. We did not regret that decision and their people were great as well as the quality of their work.

This project was an absolute great experience. The entire staff at Holzer Resnick was very professional, explained all work completely, and performed their work as stated. I would recommend Holzer Resnick to anyone that needs their expertise in roofing, windows, etc. Sean Stoker did a great job in his presentation of the work to be performed and was a great resource for any questions. A very special compliment to Jason who coordinated all of the work to be done as he went beyond the call of duty. There are so many bad reviews and experiences that people complain about poor contractors, BUT NOT HOLZER RESNICK. They have set the bar for all others to aspire to.

Holzer Resnick was extremely professional, good at follow up, very fair on price, polite, and they are thankfully very good when it comes to technology. They track emails and customer issues / quotes via CRM, they share information well between their workers and sales guys, and you can pay with a credit card online. Nice to deal with a contractor who lives in the 21st century for a change.

Holzer Resnick is an excellent service provider. They are responsive, courteous, timely, knowledgeable, accommodating and provide the highest quality of workmanship. They did roof repair at my home, and I could not be more pleased with the process nor with the outcome. Jason, Samantha, Bernie and Justin each provided superior customer service. If you are in need of roof repair, you should have Holzer Resnick do the job.

It’s not easy to find roofers who know how to install skylights on a concrete tile roof in Western PA. After many phone calls, we fortunately found Holzer Resnick. They came the next day to give an estimate and ten days later, our new skylights (with blinds) are installed and look great. The installers were meticulous and professional.

We have used Holzer and Resnick a few times. The first time we used them they did some repair work on our roof after a storm. We contacted a couple roofing companies and they were the only company to respond to our urgency to have our roof repaired. We have since used them on two other occasions to have new doors and windows installed. They were reasonably priced and find they use quality products. The installer Butch did a great job and his attention to detail was impeccable. Overall I was satisfied with our experiences and love my new windows and doors.

The sales presentation was very professional, well presented & informative. All questions and issues were addressed quickly & completely. The work went extremely well considering difficult weather conditions. They worked around any/all obstacles; did a complete clean-up and finished all work within the requested deadline. The workmanship is excellent and the finished job is beautiful!

I loved these guys; they agreeably called my handy man to hear what he saw in the attic which you can only enter from the outside of the house. They came quickly, didn't cost that much and did the work to the satisfaction of my handy man.

The cable mast on our roof was hit hard by a falling branch in a recent storm, knocking out cable and internet service and creating a hole in the roof. The team from Holzer Resnick came right away and did a wonderful job. They repaired the mast and reinforced the brackets holding it, and repaired and sealed the roof. They also tightened some slack wires so the cable provider wouldn't need to come back. The service was quick and quite inexpensive - and much appreciated right before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Dean and his crew were top-notch: thoughtful, professional, dedicated, and just legit craftsmen. This roof has been a problem for decades and we are thrilled at new gutter performance and how well the carpentry blends seamlessly with the rest of the house. Even better, the price was right. We would absolutely hire them again.

The project went well. I think communications between all parties is key to a successful project, and they delivered on that. They contacted us through the sales cycle and offered their help in dealing with the insurance reps for our claim. When our insurance company wanted a third party evaluation & inspection of the roof for hail damage, they coordinated independently with them and made a special trip out to meet with the inspector. The project scheduler, realizing they had an opening earlier than our initial installation date, called us to see if we'd be ok with getting the roof done earlier than scheduled. They did their work in an efficient manner and cleaned up several times during the roof work and when the project was complete. Further, when they removed the dumpster, the driver went through the yard and driveway again with a magnetic tool to ensure no nails or other debris were left behind. I recommend them for their workmanship, use of quality materials, and the warranty program and would use them again.

Excellent! Doors are great and the installation completed on time and in a professional manner. I would definitely hire them again. Although the price of the doors were a little high compared to local chains, it was important to me and my wife that high quality exterior doors were essential for our home and we love these exterior doors purchased and installed by Holzer Resnick Contracting.
